The crisis team have just left, after 'encouraging' me to take my antipsychotics...why has it come to this?

I understand that. But if they gave you a specific time and didn’t make it or had to change it then that would be stressful too! Anything you can do to distract yourself for a bit?

No, the ward makes you isolate for 7 days when you’re admitted

Things are fairly rough here, I skipped some of my meds last night. Told them today and they said I shouldn’t have been left alone with them.
