I’m not coping, I can’t speak on the phone, I have no friends, I just need to talk to someone

But in short, technically under mh services but no support, physical health doctors are concerned but can’t get mh team to listen, just stuck!

That must be so hard, I am sorry you are in this position

MH teams are a real lottery I know. Not for me, but my step-brother has had so much frustration and many issues

I wish you could know how much I wish you strength. You are so brave
