Sorry if I missed anyone!

I don't know if its normal but I noticed yesterday that I have like a pimple under the skin on one of like my vaginal lips. I trying my best not to freak out about it and putting it down to the fact I shaved down there for the first time in ages so hopefully it's just something to do with that. Am currently sat on my bed watching y with a hot water bottle on my bits. God knows why I just have this thing that hot water bottles help every thing . Hope you ok xx

@Loobylou1987 I think some of my issues are caused by my neck. Perhaps even the bad anxiety? When something is pressing on the vasovagal nerve, or when the vasovagal nerve is not toned enough, it could cause depression so why not anxiety too, who knows
My posture is terrible, I almost have a hunch because I can't seem to be able to hold my head up for very long especially when sitting. I always use my hands. I am also finding it difficult to turn my head too much because I have had lots of cricks there so I guess I'm wary of getting it again. Apparently that kind of thing is common with Ehlers-Danlos syndrome which I strongly suspect I have.

Thanks for that. I know that these symptoms could be anxiety and most of us seemed to have had tremors and weird sensations but you know us, I believe it equally possible to be either MS or a brain/neck tumour. Add nausea to the list. Been nauseous all afternoon.

There are glands near the entrance of the vagina so maybe that's what you're feeling? Not sure why they would appear white though. But don't really know either way. White plaque is probably thrush.
It's easy in Germany, you just make an appointment with a gynaecologist and don't have to go through a (male) GP.

Hi everyone. Was on one of these threads before and found it very helpful but left for a bit when things had got better! Having concerns about my swallowing and gag reflex. Sometimes when I swallow it's like I can feel my gag reflex "quivering" which makes me feel like I'm about to be sick...maybe like a muscle at the back of my throat is twitching? I know anxiety can affect swallowing so has anyone else experienced anything like this? I think it is happening more when I'm anxious but it's kind of hard to tell!

I can’t find who posted about misaligned hips but it really can cause all sorts of pain, try sleeping with a pillow between your legs! I have scoliosis and pairing that with the constant holding myself tight with anxiety, I’m pretty much always stiff & achey 😂 I also have terrible posture and never sit properly on the couch etc I always tuck my legs to the side and under it that makes sense

Obviously any new changes need to be looked at but if you've always had them (like me) I wouldn't panic

@whataballbag yeah I’m fairly sure they have always been there! They are on both breasts too!😂 so highly unlikely to be anything but you know how our heads work! my sil is 29 and had both jabs if that helps she’s had nothing other than flu symptoms both times for a couple of days x

@tmh88 yes I have those white spots too.

@AJ297 don’t forget you have normal skin in that area, shame as your face, back etc, we can get spots and pimples in that area the same as we can everywhere else.

Hey ladies does anyone know if it’s normal to have moles down there. I have one on my vulva and now I’m freaking the heck out. @AJ297 I think that’s completely normal I can feel that and on the outside the white dots could be the follicles.

@Goolies thank you! Is it on the inside you can feel it too? I think it's something called fordyce spots but I didn't realise you could feel them, and clearly I can't ask anyone else about it as they'd wonder why I'd been feeling about down there 😂 I don't have to hide on this thread!

One of my DDs has one on vulva and she's only 5 so it must be normal :)

Back again panicking about my left sided head and neck pain. It’s like my neck needs a good crack, my neck muscle that side is so hard I thought it was a tumour or something cos it’s like a big sausage shape that goes all down my neck. It’s softer in the morning by end of night it’s rock hard. I’m sure I’m dying 😰

Does anyone get eye pain with their tensed neck muscles and shoulders ? I’m seriously freaking out!

My glands are up in my neck do you think it's possible anxiety can cause this. Something else for me to worry sick about 😪

Are they glands or muscle cos I thoug it mine was a gland and I was told by chiro it’s muscle

I really don't know. Am struggling to think straight at the moment and just getting myself into a state over everything x

I have exactly the same. Also have a "sausage" and it causes eye and temple pain. All the nerves go through the neck.

Thank you this has relaxed me a little I was mid stage going to a&e 🤣🤦🏻‍♀️

@AJ297 I quite often get pimples etc down there I wouldn’t worry!

@Dollsandfoo I do yes! One of my shoulders looks like I should play rugby it’s always that tight and the other is normal (ish still tense)😂 @Loobylou1987 yes I have really painful neck/prominent muscle on the side I mentioned above haha!

Laid in bed with horrible hip/bum pain that’s radiating down my leg 😩

I’m falling to pieces

That was me! I went to a chiro and he laid. Me on bed face first and said my hips are not aligned which will cause my leg pain but not my hip hurts so I’m freaking out 🤣

Try putting a rolled up towel under your hips, buttocks, parallel to legs, and leave it there for 20 minutes. But not on the bed, if you have an exercise mat, try it there, if not, carpet or a duvet on the floor would work too.
Because if your stuff muscles are pressing somewhere too much, this should release a bit.
I always get instant relief from lower back pain if I do this.

Probably didn't describe it well enough. Basically the rolled up towel has to follow your arsecrack and more lower than higher. And as you're lying on your back, keep your legs bent from your kknees(not straight on the floor)

@Goolies well my optician once thought that I had a mole on the back of my eyeball so if you can get them there I’m sure you can get them anywhere!

Does anyone else feel like health anxiety is ruining their sex life? Or during is anyone else just thinking ‘oh no what was that tingling in my boob’, ‘what if he feels a lump’, type of thing? 😢

@MrsWhites it ruins mine! Not necessarily through fear of finding a lump but more because I just can’t get it off my mind to be in the mood for sex! I wish I could but I really struggle with it x
