Well yeah, make sure they know how you feel about bf.
No way should they be suggesting you stop. Like you say, you'll stop when DD is ready.

How did it go with your HV today? Xx

I want to loopy. You have no idea how much. But I'm so scared of what might happen.

You make a lot of sense and give such good advice and I'm sorry I can't follow it. You must think I'm not helping myself. And maybe I'm not. But thankyou so much for trying xx

Maybe.
I can't pull myself out of it today. I saw my friend this morning and managed to pretend for a couple of hours. And after school managed to keep it together for DD.
But now....I don't know.

I want need to be on my own. I'd love to run away from it all. I want someone to rescue me and take me away because I know I can't do it myself SadSad

Not entirely, so you really shouldn't be that proud of me. But thankyou anyway.
I think, in the grand scheme of things, my problems are relatively small compared to a lot of people's. I'm just so tired and finding it harder to deal with, when really it should be getting easier.

I will check out that thread.

I hope you are ok?? xx

Aw I'm so glad you're having a good day. That's brilliant news.

I was on citalopram originally and went onto sertraline at the end of December (ish) so he gave it 2 months on 50mg. The time before when I saw him HV had rang and spoke to him saying she was really worried about me etc and I kind of made out she was worrying over nothing and played it down a bit. Guess that's why he never upped them last time.
My own fault.

Not worrying so much about CMHT now but I feel relatively calm today so that could be why.

So happy you've had a good day. Grin That's made me smile. How's everything else going?? xx

BellaBoo85 · 27/02/2012 17:00

Oh and no news about an appointment xx

You sound like you really know what you want. Obviously that's a good thing. You sound a lot more positive too. So well done Smile

My day hasn't been too good but I've had worse. DD2 a little clingy though. Guess it's her age but I've not been able to do anything without her screaming and crawling after me.
The calmness has gone now too. Sad not really sure what to do with myself.

And as for your 7yo, sounds exactly like my 5yo. Apparently they know everything!
xx

BellaBoo85 · 04/03/2012 04:01

Loopy how are you??
Think I'm having some kind off meltdown!! Trying to keep it together but not working so well.
Hope you're ok xx
