not yet - discussing which doctor to see as the women all keep changing and there are some men I want to avoid at all costs!

also, it was proved tonight that mum didn't tell nan

nan rang earlier and asked where Ds was as we hadn't taken him round this morning - mum said "you said you couldn't have him" and nan denied all knowledge... and so a disagreement occured... so she is just getting more and more confused and making things up at random (like me being taken to "see someone" ...)

yes at 9am - we're (me and mum) are going there at half 8 to light some scented candles and do a last hoover where we've got some leaves and things from walking in and out

the weekend was good, dad paid for us to go to the Battle Proms so had a great afternoon / night out

got an appointment for saturday - am absolutely bricking it

she was pleased - said she won't tell SS or housing benefit if I'm in soon (as in within the next week - which I will be; planning moving this time next week, really)

That's brilliant, Lewis. Glad to hear that things are chugging along. Really, really good thoughts for Saturday, but I bet it'll be much better then you think, and you'll feel loads better for having done it.

I think it's having the impending doom of the doctors and my mother coming to "speak incase you cry" and to "make sure you don't get fobbed off" ... which I guess on one hand is good but on the other is making me feel really weird

2 blood tests and a referral for cbt...

oh and anti depressants

he looked at the other ones i was prescribed; 10mg and I quote "pissing in the wind - have these 20mgs instead"
