Tinsel and lights. so just to give you an -idea over the last 3 days. :
Breakfast. Advacado (40g) on low carb toast. (20g)
Lunch . Salad made with little gem lettuce , 4 salad tomatoes, 20g cucumber, 8 black olives. 25g Feta cheese, 20g raw red onion. 2 chopped spring onions . Half red pepper 25 g. 1/2 tbs olive oil. 1 tsp vinegar.
Dinner . Roasted vegetables and cod. Cod fillet 100g. One courgette. 2 tomatoes. Half red onion.
1 1/2 lites of water. One coffee with dash of ff milk.
Repeat breakfast and lunch .. but supper day 2 . Same roasted veg with lamb shoulder steak. (110g) and mint yogurt made with 50 g of full fat Greek yoghurt, mint and cucumber.
Same coffee but 2 litres of water.
Day 3 . 100g Greek yoghurt. 20g red berries mostly blueberries and raspberries.
Lunch . Tuna salad wrap with lettuce as the wrap from the book.
Dinner Smoked salmon omelette from the book. With some left over salad from day before.
Same coffee and nearly 1 1/2 lites of water.
Nothing else.
Keto sticks are showing moderate to large ketones. (Deep pinky purple)..
Today I had lost the 2ib I gained yesterday .. 🙄... any ideas gratefully received..
