I've not shifted anything today despite not reaching 800 calories yesterday. I think this has to do with two things - timing of eating. I delay breakfast and consequently don't eat dinner until quite late, but then I eat breakfast early the next day, so it's not really 16:8. I think I'm going to just eat breakfast first thing, then deal with being hungry in the evening!
Also, fibre. Definitely not getting enough. Plan for today is lots of veggies - I really like the sound of the stuffed peppers, I have some lentils and halloumi I need to use so I think I will do that too.
Plus log everything as usual - I know if I stop doing this I will waver!
I am not far off the goal, but this last bit seems to be slow.

10.9 is a another milestone for me, as that is the sort of weight I was at before my weight got out of hand, basic clothes stopped fitting and I fell into the leggings trap! At this stage, I think every 2 pounds lost is milestone, that's how I see it. 2 pounds also feels achievable. So my goal is to see 10.9 on the scales!
We can do this today! One day at a time!
