You have to be the in the mood for those lungeathons, don't you, Fibrous. I use my dodgy knee as an excuse to bow out most of the time.
Full body split day 2 done and dusted. A little shouldery but such an excellent workout. I did kettlebell swings instead of heel-elevated squats just to try to wake up a bit as this workout involves so much time down on the mat... fatal when you're sleepy. Skipped the ab finisher as should be doing a combat class tonight.
The play Day 27 looks pretty good BB! Unilateral stuff is the best and I felt quite sulky when the previous unilateral day was only shoulders.😆 I might try it tomorrow.
