First sea swim with no wetsuit was lovely at 8am, I cycled there and then took the long uphill route home to warm up dead cold legs Grin loved it. Later had coastal walk with kids, so added on last weeks step count.

Running 250km
Walking 560kms since mid-March
Cycling 364km
Swimming 11.5km

A very pleasant 8km this morning. It wasn't the walk we'd planned... some unspeakable idiot had set light to the moor the previous night with a barbecue.AngrySad. The road we would have taken was shut, loads of fire engines, and helicopters were busy dumping water the whole time. The woods below which we walked in were lovely with just a whiff of smoke at the top.

And googling just now to find out what was happening, turns out the helicopters had to be grounded because of other idiots flying drones over.Confused

Hot one today. I'll be glad of a few days respite as it's getting cooler from tomorrow.

Pilates this morning, and then just 5.3 km walk but up and down a hill we don't usually do a couple of times. Fabulous views, and I watched a buzzard hunting - seeing them soaring overhead is quite common but I didn't realise they could hover and drop. Maybe there was a perfect thermal for it.

Glad your run with your DS was uneventful - and that evidently he wasn't put off by the earlier unpleasantness.

39.79 miles of walking done this week!

Sounds shit errol we are also having awful litter left on the local beach and burnt out bin from hot BBQs, this post lock down flock to the seaside has removed lots of peoples common sense and a complete lack of responsibility to the environment I feel Angry

Anyway we tend to go out early before the twats so I’ve had a hot slow 5k run yesterday plus a bungy swim in our garden paddling pool. But woke up with very sickly migraine this morning so very little planned for today except work/home schooling to limp through, hopefully some yoga later.

Running 255km
Walking 560kms since mid-March
Cycling 364km
Swimming 12km

I'm afraid some of them never had much of either of those qualities in the first place.

Thankshope the migraine lifts before to long.

Woke up a renewed person this morning after sleep & migraine gone. Set off to cycle to beach, had chilly but lovey 7am swim then to warm up after cycling home did a short run, so ended up doing a mini-Tri by 8am Smile Yah.

Errol that sounds lovely.

TriSkiRun99 · 05/06/2020 07:46

Sounds lovely errol the weather really has dipped it’s cold and windy this morning so just abit of yoga today before work/home school juggling begins again...no DH at home today so no spontaneous Tris this morning Smile

ErrolTheDragon · 05/06/2020 10:20

Yes, the weather has broken - just as DD and her BF have finished their uni work after sticking to it diligently during the sunshine. But DH is dropping them off for a walk somewhere anyway, they've got food, waterproofs and a good attitude.

Walk: 1016/984km

I should hit my 2000km walk goal, and if I'm lucky just about make my 1000km run goal, injury allowing! :)
