It is very nearly 2018, so here is a thread to track your exercise goals.

It doesn't matter if you are new to exercise, or merely continuing your current regime. Everyone is welcome!

I’ve done nothing. I’ve finally kicked the cold (this took a good 5 days), but I’m not feeling inspired to exercise whilst on holiday. Back to normal on Monday. Hopefully.

Right. I’m back home and determined to get back into the habit of exercising.

I’ve just done 30DS L2D4 & Ri30 L1D1. I expect I’m going to be stiff and sore tomorrow!

Have you thought about trying a different type of exercise Oub? Perhaps you're just bored with Jillian DVDs. I know I was forced to change up my exercise routine because of my knee issues but it's a nice change to be doing something different (I do miss running though). Have you considered running?

I also think though that one can get a very good workout in 30 mins if the intensity is kept up (and I prefer shorter and more intense as it means I get it over with more quickly!)

Unplanned rest day yesterday (I worked all evening, and was back in the office at 7am this morning).

Just done Ri30 L1D6 & 30DS L2D7.

I think my motivation issue is partly to do with this level of the Shred. I really dislike it.
