Right, lets find all the park runners we have on here. I did my first park run on sat.

I am very impressed with my time of 33.18 :) I am ridiculously pleased with myself.

So park runners, where are you?

No run for me today - had to go to a funeral (my ex's father).

But I did pass Victoria Park en route, and saw some runners underway (is that one a 9 am start?) I waved in case Mollycuddles was running.

Or an idiot!

I was joking yesterday that even though I am really tired after a week of doing lots of driving, I'd got a weekend of running coming up and maybe that wasn't the best idea. I did the 5k and extra mile this morning and have a 2 hour (prob 11 mile) run tomorrow! I sleep well at least

did first parkrun today, waiting for result now, I know I was lapped by lots of people but never mind.

Evening all. Well no sign of text message or results yet. Has anyone noticed how late they are these days. I used to get them before lunchtime but maybe it's to do with the number in each parkrun as the one I took part in a few weeks ago only had about 50 people and had my result by 11am.

I think my time was about 30:13 according to trusty garmin. Having only run once in the last week, am surprised at that. Well done to everyone else who dragged themselves out of bed for it.

blathers not sure I could do 10k in the evening after a parkrun! Although I do push hard at a parkrun so maybe if I held back a bit?!

I'm a park runner....didn't in today though as not feeling great.

m0Mine is normally in by 5pm, and not a big one, c100-150 each week. Nowt yet!

Just got my text 30:14. Next week it will be sub-30 even if I have to tie myself to someone faster!

I think the increase in parkruns as well as people attending them is slowing down the results. I usually get my results around lunchtime but haven't had anything yet.

I reckon you could be onto something Blatherskite. Each week sees another 20 added to our crowd.

Just got mine. No PB, but still sub-30

Waiting for my result is driving me crazy. I must have checked 100 times!!

I have a few friends who are parkrun run directors so I get to hear the wingeing from the other side too :)

PB 29.21 so even 15 seconds off my flat 5k time :)

Well done everyone for your efforts! Even if no pbs, you still got up and did it! Feel proud!
