Would anyone like to join me doing the squat challenge?

I've just started the squat challenge tonight. The aim is in 30 days to get you doing 250 squats. Anyone else up for it? I did the first 50 today, didn't realise it would be so hard, but then, I am unfit Grin

Day 1 - 50 squats
Day 2 - 55 squats
Day 3- 60 squats
Day 4 - Rest
Day 5 - 70 squats
Day 6 - 75 squats
Day 7 - 80 squats
Day 8 - Rest
Day 9- 100 squats
Day 10 - 105 squats
Day 11 - 110 squats
Day 12 - Rest
Day 13 - 130 squats
Day 14 - 135 squats
Day 15 - 140 squats
Day 16 - Rest
Day 17 - 150 squats
Day 18 - 155 squats
Day 19 - 160 squats
Day 20 - Rest
Day 21 - 180 squats
Day 22 - 185 squats
Day 23 - 190 squats
Day 24 - Rest
Day 25 - 220 squats
Day 26 - 225 squats
Day 27 - 230 squats
Day 28 - Rest
Day 29 - 240 squats
Day 30 - 250 squats

190!! Almost there Grin . Once I get up to 250 I think I'm going to split them up, and do 125 in the morning, and 125 at night.

Some great squatting here girls, not to mention the dipping and crunching!

I have done 40 this am and will do another 40 later on. Am actually quite enjoying it though I can really feel it!

Just found this thread & will be starting tonight.

I must YouTube everything first though.

I'm not the most coordinated of people so I suspect flailing will be involved Grin

I've just started cycling/walking half an hour a day so this should also help me on my way to toning up

I did 80 yesterday and today is a rest day. Hurray! Tomorrow is a hundred though. Yikes! Will be worth it for the buns of steel though.

How are you all doing ?

Just realised I should have done 200 today, it have been supporting dh at his tough mudder event, so not had time to do mine today Sad

He did really good. His team completed the 11.5 mile course in 4 hours. He has just been telling me about some of the obstacles, including crawling under tanks in mud, running through live electric wires, and swimming in a skip of freezing water. Rather him than me, he is a mass of bruises at the moment. So proud of him Grin

Can see why you're proud, he did well! And, to quote earlier poster, does HE at least have buns of steel??

100 done while no 3 son in bath! Am expecting to be in pain tomorrow. Am loving the programme. How are you all doing?

Forgive me squatters, for I have sinned. It has been 2 days since my last squattage. In penance, I shall complete 210 squatsa first thing tomorrow morning as I really can't be arsed to do them tonight!Smile

I am too scared of dips. I've promised myself I'll dig out my weights tonight though.

Dips are good in that they're also squats, so hard, but 2 for the price of 1 (or so i like to tell myself!)

70 last night, plus some weights for my arms & some sit ups.

Just done 100 squats & 100 dips. Can already feel bingo wings triceps a little tighter. Rest day tomorrow Smile
