So between yesterday evening and this morning Corbyn has been reassured that ‘no deal’ is now off the table and so he has agreed to back a GE. What caused that turnaround I wonder? Must of been the PM giving his word (the same PM that JC said is a liar and can’t be trusted!!) FFS, who is going to buy that. Labour have lost all credibility with JC at the helm. They deserve what’s (hopefully) coming to them. They can then start again.

Only amendment to Election Bill selected is to move election date to December 9.

EU nations/16 years old NOT selected.

I initially thought she was genuine, but she deploys the same tactics every time she speaks - voice cracking, verge of tears performative convoluted 'passion', pretending she 'just doesn't get parliamentary procedures' coz she's 'just an ordinary working class girl' - she is truly awful.

Sorry parker, I know it affects you negatively , but imo this needs to be brought back at a later date when it can be fairly heard, on it’s own merits. I will fully support a ‘settled’ EU citizen vote under the right circumstances at the right time.

Very glad to hear the amendment re lowing the voting age has been dropped. It was ridiculous to shoe horn in such a big change right now. Especially when MPs keep saying they need time to scrutinise things properly, it’s funny how that only works one way though.
