Quite coincidentally I too have been in negotiations today regarding the pubs licence and it's good news here as well, a deal has been agreed!!

There were no amendments or legal objections put forward so a shiny new licence has been issued and normal service can be resumed

Same rules apply.

Now let's hope Saturday's proceedings can go ahead without the usual dicking around and that what has been nigh on impossible during the last 3 years, a majority, can be achieved otherwise I feel we are off to hell in a handcart!

But! They'll vote against the WA so it (should?) go through on teeny majority with some opposition support

We had countless hours of MPs whining about needing a 'meaningful vote'

Offered several 'meaningful votes', they voted against 3 times, changed the whole text to say 'we withhold consent' then it was technically rejected, and now Bercow (to opposition's cheers) blocks a good faith vote on it being held
