Quite coincidentally I too have been in negotiations today regarding the pubs licence and it's good news here as well, a deal has been agreed!!

There were no amendments or legal objections put forward so a shiny new licence has been issued and normal service can be resumed Smile

Same rules apply.

Now let's hope Saturday's proceedings can go ahead without the usual dicking around and that what has been nigh on impossible during the last 3 years, a majority, can be achieved otherwise I feel we are off to hell in a handcart!

First drink is on the house 🍻🍷🍻🍷Cheers

Please report me

"Run to mummy!"

(Precisely the same mindset involved as when clinging desperately onto Dave's trouser cuffs 🙄)

Sunnyuplands · 19/10/2019 11:51

Dirty, the language used across these boards by some of Remainers has left much to be desired.

One wonders whether some posters didn't vote for remain for reasons to do with the eu at all, but rather to give themselves a hobby, to sit on mn all day waving vitriolic sticks at leavers.

What will they do with their time when brexit is over?

DustyDiamond · 19/10/2019 11:52

Caroline Flint fucking slaying it in HoC just now 🙌🙌🙌🙌

54321go · 19/10/2019 11:52

DustyDiamond
OK i will make it simple.
Tell us 5 EU directives that have seriously affected your life negatively.
You have had 3 years to come up with some and leavers claim they are not stupid.
So far, you have already threatened my pension, and that of 3 million others, removed healthcare access, made traveling more difficult and lost me my job. Why should i care about any whining leavers who can't explain how anything will be better when the UK leaves?

howabout · 19/10/2019 11:55

Caroline Flint indicating she will BacktheDeal and not vote Letwin. Burt of the ex-Tory 21 and Burt - Benn Act also done the same. DUP will not back Letwin.

Holding firm to my analysis that Letwin won't pass.

🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄

Why do Remainers still insist on making demands from us to 'AnsWEr OuR qUeStIoNs!'

No. No. No.

Sunnyuplands · 19/10/2019 11:56

Let's keep it really simple 54321

We all know we are all terribly simple folks in here.

It's all been explained before and unfortunately, on mn anyway, many Remainers either refuse or cannot take the arguments on board.

Phew, Mark francois says erg will vote it through.

BertrandRussell · 19/10/2019 12:22

Why isn’t the House absolutely packed?

dirtyrottenscoundrel · 19/10/2019 12:34

Most definitely. Some of them are literally on here all day everyday, yet they’ll call a leaver who posts less than 10 times a week a Russian bot.

54321go · 19/10/2019 12:43

You won, get over it.
But you still can't say what you have won and how it will actually improve your lives.
You have already messed up my family's life and that of around 3 million others so really |I couldn't give a shit now.

HateIsNotGood · 19/10/2019 12:49

"So far, you have already threatened my pension, and that of 3 million others, removed healthcare access, made traveling more difficult and lost me my job."

54321 how has the ref result directly affected you in this way? 'Genuine question'.

Cattenberg · 19/10/2019 12:54

According to BBC News:

Shadow Brexit secretary Sir Keir Starmer says that, once the UK moves out of alignment with the EU, trade will be more difficult. The UK would move towards a US-style "deregulated" model, with statutory rights to shorter holidays for workers, he adds.

Let’s all drink to that!

bellinisurge · 19/10/2019 12:57

It's almost fun watching people who have been shafted hitting out at "Remoaners "rather than the bunch who have shafted them.

54321go · 19/10/2019 13:01

Because they are all part of the proposals put forward bt Boris and the ERG and some letters cancelling things like healthcare access have already been received. The whole raft of extra paperwork necessary to continue trading in the UK makes many small companies unviable as you will most likely need to hire in extra staff to do the necessary paperwork. add in the fall in the value of the pound for good measure.
The 'hostile environment' already exists and it hurts British born too as well as many others. i was trying to get goods manufactured for me in the UK (Tredega) but already one of my suppliers has gone under.

howabout · 19/10/2019 13:02

Ian Blackford tells me I just need a bit of optimism for the future to make Indy work. Where is his optimism for Brexit? Mind listening to him drone on straight after doom master Sir Keir is enough to drain anyone of optimism.

54321go · 19/10/2019 13:02

Sorry, Tredegar.

Sunnyuplands · 19/10/2019 13:03

Starmer shawarma.

For goodness sake, if someone said we will all grow bright green pimples once we leave, would you believe them?

Sunnyuplands · 19/10/2019 13:07

Wow. Ian Blackford is using this to push his own agenda.

Drone on, I can barely remember my name... Everyone must have run out before he spoke. So hideous and boring. Dreadful speaker.

DustyDiamond · 19/10/2019 13:13

Caroline Flint is On. Fucking. Fire today!!

🔥🔥🔥🔥

Sunnyuplands · 19/10/2019 13:14

She is, she's drowned out by Mr spirit crusher.

howabout · 19/10/2019 13:18

per twitter:
Sir Keir - "my father was a tool maker"
Yep

Grin Grin

DustyDiamond · 19/10/2019 13:18

WhY wON't LeaVErS AnsWEr OUr DemaNdS??!!

You have already messed up my family's life and that of around 3 million others

🙄🙄🙄

A majority of the voting electorate voted to Leave the EU.

Over 80% of the voting electorate voted for parties with pro-brexit manifestos in 2017 GE

Democracy only functions with losers consent

DustyDiamond · 19/10/2019 13:19

Bingo!!

Blackford "dragging Scotland oot against oor wull"

😂😂😂

howabout · 19/10/2019 13:20

Fingers crossed Caroline is spokesperson for the rest of the No No Deal letter writers as opposed to being hung out to dry by a bunch of Vicky P computer says Noers.

DustyDiamond · 19/10/2019 13:22

I really, really like Caroline Flint
I would love her to be leader of Labour

She's articulate, feisty, quick thinking & can speak on all levels

She's ace
