We have nothing, we are poor.
I want out, I want a changes massive change .
Did i blame everyone else when a vote went the other way no.
Did i go and vote yes.
But today people don't win and so do everything they can to change it.
You don't have our respect, you are sore losers, willing to bend over and take it from anyone who promises to change things to your way.

I’m always up for change - positive change is good but leaving the EU, particularly by a no deal is a massive negative. So sorry I’m blaming you and other leave voters, not for voting leave, that is your right, but for being unable to understand how this is going to hurt me, my family, friends and colleagues.

mummmy2017 · 12/09/2019 17:44

The joke is you could streak in Lord's and still no one would care , you views don't matter and nor do mine, what will be will be.

mummmy2017 · 12/09/2019 17:47

It is not trolling, they know I am stating my side as are they, but we are just bystanders now.

Bearbehind · 12/09/2019 17:59

Surely the posting here is trolling mummy or bullying... So many posters constantly degenerating her....

I’m pretty sure you don’t mean β€˜degenerating’

Also β€˜trolling’ and β€˜bullying’ are serious accusations.

Disagreeing with someone on a discussion forum is neither of those things automatically.

It just happens that a lot more people disagree with mummmy than agree with her.

Which is hardly surprising given she’s implied she’d be happy for some people to die if that’s what it takes to leave the EU.

mummmy2017 · 12/09/2019 18:03

I don't think people will die, project fear on steroids one MP said.

Parker231 · 12/09/2019 18:05

Mummmy is choosing to ignore medical experts, supermarkets bosses, car manufacturers and basically anyone who isn’t giving a rosy view of our future.

DorisDaysDadsDogsDead · 12/09/2019 18:09

Basically, Mummy would rather believe a proven liar, than believe carefully selected expert in their fields.

When you see that level of lack of critical thought, and extrapolate it to the country at large, it's easy to see how we have ended up in this mess.

ContinuityError · 12/09/2019 18:09

TBF to mummmy I think she means (d) why don’t you lot sod off.

mummmy2017 · 12/09/2019 18:10

And your taking it as the default, the answers is something in the middle.

Septembersunrays · 12/09/2019 18:18

Yes trolling and bullying.
. When posters continually goad, pester someone. It's endless on this thread but more then anything it's boring.

Most leavers don't post on mn any more but when they do they usually leave westminders to it. Why the same posters need to cone to brexit arms over 3 years to say the same stuff... Thick stupid racist etc.

Songsofexperience · 12/09/2019 18:26

You don't have our respect, you are sore losers, willing to bend over and take it from anyone who promises to change things to your way.

Your VOTE heaps misery on all of us. Well, forgive us for not taking THAT lying down just because you (in a rather narcissistic way) want to make an impact on the country.
Some impact indeed...
You have to grow up and realise the rest of the country will never stop resisting this shit you seem to want.

mummmy2017 · 12/09/2019 18:35

Think your miss reading the country, people want to go......
They dislike being told voting counts for nothing.

Songsofexperience · 12/09/2019 18:35

Most leavers don't post on mn any more

Leavers are welcome, no dealers can sod off.
They're not the same thing, are they?

mummmy2017 · 12/09/2019 18:37

Funny if in taking no deal away, you force no deal.

DustyDiamond · 12/09/2019 18:38

Yet another fucking court case inbound.

Yet a-fucking-gain it's veteran litigious remoaner Maugham, bankrolled by a millionaire.

As previously mentioned on this thread - those with the deepest pockets are the ones who can dictate our governance.

Parker231 · 12/09/2019 18:39

News reporters in Brussels today are saying that there is likely to be an extension.

Songsofexperience · 12/09/2019 18:45

They dislike being told voting counts for nothing.

Their vote counts. Of course it counts or we wouldn't even be here. The point is though everyone makes mistakes and collective wisdom can be wrong. Just because 17.4 million ticked a box doesn't mean it was right. Also, it was up to the government to work with parliament, on a cross party basis, to find a consensus. It didn't happen.
The whole process was badly managed. From the question itself (fucking simplistic!) to the legitimacy of the referendum (advisory yet we'll do what you say 🀨) to the way a binding ref on the deal was always dismissed (why? If you involve the people you involve them all the way). There were many ways to leave, valid ways and they were all dismissed.
You say you have nothing mummmy and you want a change. Fair enough. Don't you feel cheated by those greedy dishonest bastards who put cutting benefits and slashing workers rights at the top of their agenda? What do you think deregulation means? No rules. Why are there rules? To protect ordinary people from the vultures who will swoop in.
They want to weaken the state and its institutions to avoid scrutiny, to allow corporations to completely take control.
I don't want to be screwed like that! Do you?

DustyDiamond · 12/09/2019 18:47

Of course there's likely to be an extension.

I expected nothing less.

More can-kicking & fuck all progress.

The Oct 31st deadline was doing its job - focusing minds & pressuring an outcome.

Now we'll have more dick-dancing with endless 'debate' in Parliament with everyone saying EXACTLY THE SAME things they've been saying for 3 years.

And there'll be more manoeuvring for a 2nd ref too.

I hate this current toxic, self-serving Parliament.

Brexit: EU 'willing to revisit NI-only backstop' www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-europe-49676003

Apparently no one is thinking of this idea anywhere and it's just pointless to keep harping in about it. Says our No Deal supporter Bear.

DustyDiamond · 12/09/2019 18:51

Their vote counts. Of course it counts or we wouldn't even be here. The point is though everyone makes mistakes and collective wisdom can be wrong. Just because 17.4 million ticked a box doesn't mean it was right.

Did you head-tilt as you wrote that?
It reads as though it comes with a patronising head tilt.

AuldAlliance · 12/09/2019 18:56

FWIW, I visited an old friend this weekend who is a civil servant, fairly senior, under Defra.

After ranting about how many illegal/otherwise impossible things BJ promised farmers and fishermen during his trip to Scotland on Fri (which Defra have been patiently saying for months are illegal/otherwise impossible), he said that they are all certain that a border in the Irish Sea is the inevitable outcome and are just waiting to see how long it is before the DUP are pushed under a convenient bus.

Firecarrier · 12/09/2019 18:59

Dusty diamond, Grin It certainly does read like that doesn't it? I was overjoyed to see that a tiny corner of Mumsnet was allowed for leavers when I saw the title but a quick Skim through and well the usual......

frumpety · 12/09/2019 19:04

I remember doing my neck in when I did a head tilt once, trying to look at pictures of a friends puppy on their phone, so not a true head tilt , but I spent the next 24 hours looking like I was head tilting all over the place Grin
