If anyone says they know what will happen this week....

... They don't.

Maybe I’ve missed it but what will happen if Bernie refuses to let May present her WA as it isn’t significantly differently ?
Presumable that wouldn’t happen until she tried to present it.

yolofish · 25/03/2019 20:19

Is it too early to go to bed and just pretend it's not happening??

pointythings · 25/03/2019 20:20

Civil servants are increasingly alarmed at the naked partisanship displayed by the PM and her cabinet

We don't need the words naked and cabinet in the same sentence, thank you very much. I am already running low on brain bleach.

I did have some dreams about Barack Obama at one stage though.

phpolly · 25/03/2019 20:21

the white EU passport is for US and Indian citizens?

TalkinPaece · 25/03/2019 20:24

I have several passports with my ILR in them Grin

ContinuityError · 25/03/2019 20:28

DH has travelled for work with 2 different passports for the last 30 years. Just in case.

woman19 · 25/03/2019 20:31

@Steven_Swinford

A delegation of eight Remain ministers just emerged from Theresa May’s Commons office and were reassured by what they heard

Pending a confirmation by Stephen Barclay tonight that Govt will push indicative votes if Letwin fails, they are not minded to resign

They think it's all over

It is now

She's just Grieved them

Ku Klux Klan Brexit it is

RedToothBrush · 25/03/2019 20:32

Lisa Nandy is just speaking about it now. Stitch up #no543

1tisILeClerc · 25/03/2019 20:35

In the past I needed 2 passports as you can't (or couldn't) go to Israel with an Arabic stamp in your passport (or vice versa).

Horehound · 25/03/2019 20:35

Sorry I'm lost. Whats going on?

RedToothBrush · 25/03/2019 20:36

We don't need the words naked and cabinet in the same sentence, thank you very much. I am already running low on brain bleach.

The Entire Cabinet Naked is more than anyone's mind can take.

Though just be thankful it no longer contains Boris Johnson, David Davies, Michael Fallon and Esther McVey

Just Michael Gove, Chris Grayling and Theresa herself. Think of the fields of wheat.

A delegation of eight Remain ministers just emerged from Theresa May’s Commons office and were reassured by what they heard

Why do people keep falling for her reassurances?!

67chevvyimpala · 25/03/2019 20:37

Dh has 2 passports for work too.

I'm not watching.

I just can't bear it.

RedToothBrush · 25/03/2019 20:40

Sorry I'm lost. Whats going on?

Yes that's right.

No one else knows either. I think that's why Westminstenders has seemingly finally lost its collective mind tonight.

We have found a Brexit Benefit there is reasonable support and enthusiasm for amongst us, we are thinking of MPs naked and reflecting on the commonality of the KKK, Illuminati and the ERG.

ContinuityError · 25/03/2019 20:42

1tisILeClerc Even without an Arab stamp in my passport I had problems getting out of Israel. Most uncomfortable.

wherearemychickens · 25/03/2019 20:42

If the SI has two dates in it, and those are fixed dates of the 12 April and 22 May, then we're stuffed, aren't we? I thought the whole point of 12 April was the EU saying to us that if we came up with a plan by then, they'd review options, and a longer extension for a credible plan might be do-able. If we're saying that's effectively the new 29th March, then we are heading right back to no deal again?

woman19 · 25/03/2019 20:42

Some fine speeches Chevvy Lisa Nandy was just excellent.

RedToothBrush · 25/03/2019 20:43

Jessica elgot@jessicaelgot
Excellent moment outside the ERG meeting, one MP said it was "50-50" in the room on support for PM's deal. Asked if he agreed, another MP paused and said: "I think it's more the other way, actually."

And in a completely unrelated tweet

Jess Phillips @ jessphillips
We are being ruled by idiots who only speak to other idiots and so don't know they are idiots.

SwedishEdith · 25/03/2019 20:44

They can amend the dates with another SI, surely?

Icantreachthepretzels · 25/03/2019 20:45

I imagine so

RedToothBrush · 25/03/2019 20:47

In a vote between no deal or revoke, how many MPs would put themselves on the line to vote no deal in the knowledge that it would kill some of their most vulnerable constituents in hospital?

Keep in mind here that most MPs - even those who support leaving in principle - themselves voted to Remain and thus have remain leaning priorities and thought processes.

  1. The 'Grand Wizards' (the new name for the Chequer's daytrippers apparently) also had another meeting this morning, were they discussed again whether they could get on board to back PM's deal and there was no firm conclusion
67chevvyimpala · 25/03/2019 20:50

So its 10pm, yes?

I've just raided our chocolate stockpile again

we no longer have a chocolate stockpile
