Because of the utter incompetence of the British and American governments under Blair, Cameron, Bush and Obama who have made an absolute mess of the Middle East in pursuit of oil. All with deliberate targeted help from Putin of course.

Yes, the humanitarian approach to the resulting migrant crisis is coming back to haunt too, but we should not lose sight of the American-British root causes.
