Prince William also speaks Welsh
”Does William know Welsh?
Yes, Prince William speaks Welsh.
Being able to speak Welsh is an important part of the role and so Prince William has taken it very seriously. William has been studying Welsh for a long time. He started learning it back in 1999 when he was studying at the prestigious Eton College.”
”Who in the royal family speaks Welsh?
Prince Charles knows Welsh because he is the Prince of Wales. Prince William learned the language in preparation to become Prince of Wales someday. Prince Philip and Prince Charles also speak German because Prince Philip is of German descent. No one knows for sure why Prince Harry speaks only English.”

I like him and Kate. I'm sure they will do a great job.
What is that job, to be exact? Even if they vaguely speak the language, speaking Welsh occasionally isn't a job. They'll experience how hard it is to pay the bills and put food on the table whilst living a life of luxury in Windsor with kids in private schools? They'll know what it's like to wait at the end of NHS waiting lists, or 4 hours for the emergency ambulance to turn up? Yeah, that's a job. How do the rest of us apply for it?
