Cat just did the weirdest thing. Very cuddly since I got back (which could just be that I haven't been here for a week) then she gets up from where she's sat beside me turns round and smells my stomach!

Still no AF. I even POAS this morning as I have felt nauseous in a morning for the last week which has gone off fairly quickly

Then Radio 2 played Ace of Base All That She Wants (is another baby) as I drove to work

OMG! I haven't heard that song for years!

@SallyA1 I'm also a teacher. Are you paying for your treatment? If so insist on early morning scans. Usually if you are paying they will accommodate- I had all my scans at 7am and then went straight to work from there. If you are doing your treatment far away ask them if you can have your scan at the local nhs hospital and the results can be sent along. They don't always have to do it where you are having treatment. I did my treatment in Greece and they worked very well with the local consultant here. She did all scans then I just went abroad for transfer.

Also I haven't tested yet. I'll be 8dp5dt tomorrow I might cave. My temperature has steadily been around 37.1c I'm normally 36.6 so I'm thinking that's positive and I think it's the only symptom that can't be put down to the drugs. Oh and there was also a dip to 36.6 for one day on Sunday- which apparently is also good "implantation dip" but by no means a guarantee!

Never mind just checked and body temp can be due to progesterone 😬🙄

So I caved...it's very faint but still there I think...not out of the woods though till second blood test based on what happened last time.

My period is here in full flow. Dreading my meeting at the clinic tomorrow.

@SallyA1 For me work knows (only certain people mind). I wasn't sure what the drugs were going to do to my moods. They were extremely understanding and yes I went last week (first week of our summer holidays)

Thanks guys. I'm just desperate to be pregnant again after the miscarriage so found this cycle really hard.

Cancelled the clinic appointment as clinic were amenable to sorting things out by phone instead.

They will allow me to do further IUI but we're leaning towards IVF instead.

So sorry things haven't worked this time but it might be a good thing to go ivf instead even though that's not what you originally wanted. At least it's already fertilised when it goes in that way.

I'm sorry tiny it's a really difficult time and then to have to make decisions about next cycle makes it even harder. As mnday says at least with ivf you know that you at least have a fertilised egg going back in and the wait time post transfer is a bit less.

Congratulations mandy when is your first beta?

@Bear1980 1st beta is tomorrow (Thursday) I'm really nervous about the 2nd one though. I took another test this morning and don't think line is any darker but at least it's still there. I was so scared to look at it thinking that it would be gone/lighter today.

I don't think those tests are 100% consistent on line strength Mandy, feeling hopeful for you!

This is an amalgamation of the two tests on ppt. Both pics taken just after the three minute timeframe the tests should be read by. I think I can see it getting darker...maybe I'm going crazy though...
