British Gas payment for heating costs

I pay British Gas by direct debit. Their website says I will receive £66 into the bank account I pay from a few days after my direct debit is paid. I paid on the 1st October and still nothing . Has anybody else received theirs ?

My £66 has been deducted from my BG credit but not showing in my bank account still. My dd date is usually the 1st but was the 3rd this month… I’ll give them a few more days.

£66.00 credited to my electricity account this morning! Wasn't there last night!

I guess it's because I use a lot more electric than gas maybe? Twice as much throughout the year.

Just chased mine from BG on the chat function and apparently they can see that I'm eligable but no idea when it will be credited, despite the fact that I paid the DD on the 4th and it's now the 11th

I pay by DD on 1st of each month, and the refund arrived in my bank account yesterday

Our DD went out on the 1st but we still haven't received anything from BG.

My direct debit went out on the 1st and I got £66 paid into my account today. I’m with Scottish power

I pay to BG on the 7th and nothing back yet, but it looks like it's taking almost two weeks for refund to be credited.

I'm with sse and got the amount last week into my account

I am with BG & I only received my payment yesterday! I did live chat & they’re doing them staggered payments!

I'm with British Gas & had £66 taken off my bill as payment so ended up paying less

I'm dual fuel with British Gas, direct debit payment went out on the 3rd and I received the £66 credit back into my bank account on the 10th

Yes my electricity refund was showing as going out for ages before it hit my account. No £66 outgoing payment showing anywhere yet, but looks like it's just patience for now.

The amount of the electricity DD was returned overnight (less than £66)

Mine was paid to me by BG on 5th October.

Eon next paid it into my account a few days ago.

I would rather they gave it to me so I can allocate to the bills accordingly
