Morning, need to query payments to milkman as my order has been reduced but my payments haven’t gone down in line
Holiday company haven’t phoned back yet, if they don’t call by this afternoon i will ring them back
Off for ecg and bloods then dm’s house to open up for the day then work.
Managed to clean the bathroom quickly and kitchen. Amazing how much easier it is when there aren’t bastard bears hairs all over the place

Wolfcub · 25/04/2018 07:50

Beard not bears

Wolfcub · 25/04/2018 07:51

I’m a crocheter, loving all this wool talk

WreckTangled · 25/04/2018 08:05

Should be a nsd.

mammynowanauntyIRL · 25/04/2018 10:21

We’ve been learning about Macbeth. I didn’t understand it at all when we did it at school (never enjoyed Shakespeare at school apart from twelfth night, we had a fabulous teacher that year).

Harvester for lunch, Caglets and I are just having refill salad and some chips to share. Coeliac DH probably won’t though as the chips and most of the salad have gluten! A friend and her DS are joining us too.

We are then going to horrible histories at the theatre, a friend got fab school rates as we are going in a big group. DH is taking the baby for a walk while I watch it, I’ll feed her beforehand. If she was younger I’d just take her in (a friend also had a spare ticket so DH could have come in) but she barely sleeps in the sling now and she is really chatty and gurgly and I wouldn’t risk disturbing the actors. So she can have some daddy time while I get to enjoy the play.

She’s six months old today! 😱😱😱

Wolfcub · 25/04/2018 10:34

Very nice Mammy
Happy half birthday Cagletini

CremeEggThief · 25/04/2018 11:05

Good luck at the hospital, Wolf. Hope all goes well.

Lovely shirt, Mammy. I like your necklace too.

Happy half birthday to Cagletini. Enjoy your lunch out and theatre trip!

mammynowanauntyIRL · 25/04/2018 11:11

Wolf good luck at hospital
I'm off to hospital now too to find out diagnosis from ultrasound. My tummy is swollen as often happens to me so it'll be good for them to see it because it's hormonal

ememem84 · 25/04/2018 11:20

cag Macbeth is one of my favourites. Not for children but if you can get hold of the Roman Polanski film version it’s worth a watch.

mammynowanauntyIRL · 25/04/2018 11:35

Shirt is primarks best!
Necklace was a gift from H's first MIL, a lovely lovely woman who included my children among her grandchildren Star

My two adore horrible histories and regularly spout facts they've learned from it.

mammynowanauntyIRL · 25/04/2018 12:19

Frugal fail, left my refillable water bottle at work, will pop to Tesco/Aldi for a multipack when I'm passing.

Recycled my magazine from paper by donating it to hospital waiting room when I was finished with it

ememem84 · 25/04/2018 12:26

mammy love that outfit! Particularly the two prints together! 👍🏻

Frugal win £1.53 for 16 apples 8 bananas and a mango from the farm shop. These are seconds and I’m just going to make a banana cake tomorrow and make apple purée for ds. And mango purée. Maybe apple and mango. Dm suggested using “naice” fruit from M&S. Nope.

Also took things to the charity shop. Yay!

mammynowanauntyIRL · 25/04/2018 15:31

So do I em but no one has complemented it , so when is return to work day?

€5 on lunch from deli counter
€3 on printing some photos
€3.80 tolls

Got on street parking for hospital thoughGrin
So no answers from hospital Sadso will have hysteroscopy, further scans and had bloods taken again. At least the investigation continues. Confused

Miss @needastrongone @AuditAngel @AdoraBell @peoniesformissannersly hi to you all if you're lurking

Fluffycloudland77 · 25/04/2018 15:36

Total bargain em. We're all falling over ourselves now to buy the wonky fruit and veg.

£6 prosecco for Friday. £8 of my weekly £10 booze allowance spent.
£3 Valspar tester pot colourmatched to f&b white tie.
£60 on a stainless steel stair hand rail. Hopefully get some cashback too. Polished Chrome finish. Will encourage guests to either not touch it or use the downstairs loo.

eBay money paid for the stair rail & will pay for a big pot of paint if the tester looks the same as what's on the walls already.

£5 of nectar points earned.

I saw a dog in a doggy pushchair in b&q. Looked comfy.

mammynowanauntyIRL · 25/04/2018 15:40

Bacon you wanted recommendations for Aldi the other day.
Lemon curd mascarpone vintage cheddar dates okey dokeys 0% fat Greek yogurt their own brand sanex bath foam ready cooked salmon fillets
That's off top of my head.
I changed to SuperValu but I return for these items

mammynowanauntyIRL · 25/04/2018 16:18

Great bargain on fruit em

SnugglySnerd · 25/04/2018 16:45

Ugh! I've come home from work and it early with a banging headache. NSD though!

SunnyLikeThursday · 25/04/2018 16:59

We went to the hospital today and they said ds's trouble with running is just because he has very double-jointed hips and foot arches, so that's good. We have exercises.

ememem84 · 25/04/2018 17:02

mammy next Tuesday back to work 😭

scattyspice · 25/04/2018 17:22

I like that shirt mammy .

Spendy day: lidl £16, wilko £8, Dad's birthday present £30, dd cag £30, guides subs £25, cadets camps £22.

I have got mil on the waiting list for a wheelchair, 16 week wait 😮

WreckTangled · 25/04/2018 17:42

Hyper mobile hips sunny? He can join my club if he likes Grin I also have hypermobile hands, fingers etc etc

SunnyLikeThursday · 25/04/2018 18:04

Ooo! Wreck we would like to join your club. Smile

I think he also has PTSD as he was having flashbacks in the hospital, so he can join my club too. GP visit for us tomorrow I think. GP sees a lot of us at the moment.

Unescorted · 25/04/2018 18:32

I am just an easy jumper and scarf & hat
type of knitter. I knit continental so I normally get people telling me that their mother crocheted.... They look confused when I say I wouldn't know where to start with crocheting.
Wolf hope your hospital trip went ok.
Mammy I thought you were going to say years....
Sea buy some really beautiful wool.

I have offered to help organise our villages open Derbyshire art exhibition. They are meeting to discuss it tonight.... I will have to get off my bum and go. The committee is made up of the computer illiterate and the clueless plus one person who does 99% of it. It isn't fair as she already works 2 jobs. She needs a hand.
