. But. No yarn without a specific pattern in mind to make with it. That’s my rule. I would have a ‘no new yarn’ rule except I have vouchers for yarn from my Mum and dad so that’s not really money, is it? 
Well, I have read before that vitamin supplements aren’t as good as proper dietary sources. I think I have a pretty varied diet anyway but I am feeling dull of skin and my nails are very dry and splitting so I must be missing something other than sleep . It won’t hurt to try and see whether I feel better. I am taking on board the iron /vit D supplement advice too. I do have a tendency to anaemia.
As far as kids go I am pretty cautious about what I give them. DS has always had the Wellkids drops /syrup (he does have a fairly restricted diet, not fundamentally unhealthy but lacking in variety) . Once dd comes off formula I’ll do the same for her. But I wouldn’t go for anything except a single supplement from a reputable brand. No extras for them unless on medical advice.
I’ve been playing with photos in Adobe Lightroom all evening and I am really delighted with some of the pictures I took of dd today. A reminder to go and photograph your kids - I just don’t do it often enough and time goes so fast! Must stalk DS for some current ones of him too. I am now synchronising my phone to add the new pics so I can WhatsApp them to my family and it is taking forEVER! I want to go to bed 😫
