Yy to jojo sizing. Slim fit, fitted my dd1 who was teeny (early baby clothes until 6wks old) but didn't hardly go on the big healthy chunk that was dd2 at the same age size. They do lovely bedroom stuff, and some feeding tops too iirc. Splash suits and swimming stuff also excellent from them.

Spent just £14 in the coop today, and £16 parent pay on some apparently vital revision guides.

And I'm catching up rapidly with my work. Just noticed the time, so must go to sleep now! Hope all the babies sleep soundly tonight x

Fluffycloudland77 · 29/09/2017 06:47

Need No, not tee total. I feel horribly profligate buying two bottles of wine. Will do some mb to pay for them.

Dh has just left for work. I'll see him in 12.5hrs time Sad

lifelongfrugaleer · 29/09/2017 07:12

Nsd yesterday
Well done em. Those gifts sound lovely.
Adora have you asked Clark's if the will exchange or give you a store gift card? Do you have your cc receipt/email to ask then for another copy of the order. Nice shoes but in a 5.5
Collie,. I don't think you can call job interviews. Some of my worst have ended in i got the job.

ememem84 · 29/09/2017 07:15

Yay Friday!!!

Day to of Ems and ds flying solo. Dh has taken Monday off though as it's my birthday. We're going out for a family lunch somewhere. 😀

Today I think we're going to venture outside. Either pop him in the pram and walk up to my parents for a coffee. Or in the car and out pram in car so we can go for a walk from there maybe.

WreckTangled · 29/09/2017 07:24

Work this morning then mil is taking me out for lunch Grin need to buy a card and wrapping paper as it's my step mums birthday today and we're going to see her after school.

Hope you have a nice day em

lifelongfrugaleer · 29/09/2017 08:10

It's only bloody payday.
3 before the C word

ememem84 · 29/09/2017 08:28

Ah "C" Day... that's fine around quickly...!

We're trying to do a fairly frugal Christmas this year. I'm going to stick to my Christmas 4 for dm ddad dsis and dbil (something they want, something they need, something to eat/drink and something to read).

It's also dbils 30th soon so need to think of something nice for him.

WreckTangled · 29/09/2017 08:33

I loooooove Christmas! And autumn. Love a Christmas morning walk in petworth park (NT) everyone says good morning to everyone and we drink Buck's Fizz out of plastic cups Grin

Cagliostro · 29/09/2017 08:36

Oooh Petworth is gorgeous!

WreckTangled · 29/09/2017 08:49

Cagliostro · 29/09/2017 08:54

Cool! It's such a lovely area.

D'oh sorry I realise I haven't PMd I am rubbish!

Gah the problem with running an outdoor clsss is RAIN! So heavy and we are therefore down a good few quid. Hopefully we can make the most of the time at home and get some more sorting out done

Laska5772 · 29/09/2017 09:01

Love Petworth.. we always walk up Highdown to the Tennyson monument Christms morning and taje coffee and mince pie. ( I never eat mince pie before then its just wrong!!!! ) You can see all over the Island over to Portsmouth,
Studland bill and New forest and Bournemouth . Its stunning on agood day . Im intending to do it much more often when not working. Its right on our doorstep..

Laska5772 · 29/09/2017 09:08

Its a great 3 mile walk to the Needles from here .. Hilly though!

mammymammyIRL · 29/09/2017 09:12

And the spendy weekend begins

Laska5772 · 29/09/2017 09:24

Theres no room in the bed....

ememem84 · 29/09/2017 09:24

We're cracking open a bottle of champagne this evening. To celebrate ds' first Friday. #indulgent #anyexcuse

Dh has bought a breast pump this morning. He's feeling sad he can't quite bond with ds the Same way I have whilst feeding him. Hes obviously bonded in other ways. But I can see his point. I've done all the huge things so far. £8.60 on Amazon for a starter pack.

I'm totally on board with this though - means a bit more "freedom" for me and then dh can do night time feeds too. And also I'm not entirely feeling confident enough to wap my boobs out in public to feed Ds yet....

CollieBobs · 29/09/2017 09:41

Another autumn & Christmas adorer here. Autumn walks in the forest or on the beach are my favourite.

Payday is finally here. It's been a long month.

Doubt I'll get a 2nd interview because they were convinced I was over qualified why interview me then?

mammymammyIRL · 29/09/2017 10:08

Laska it's me I'm off to Dublin with dh's sisters in laws for a night of boozing Grin

WreckTangled · 29/09/2017 10:09

Morning is the best time to pump em especially if you can pump one side whilst ds is feeding from the other. I liked the lansinoh storage bags for milk as they stood up in the fridge and freezer.

Laska5772 · 29/09/2017 10:19
