Anyone not had it but want it to get it over and done with?

Just that really, I’ve been a contact a lot but never caught it, I know it’s strange but I just wish I could catch it so I can stop anticipating it. Anyone else the same

I have had it and think you're mad. I did relax a bit after I had had it. But I would 100% prefer that I hadn't.

I didn't get covid until last month and then took my sorry ass to get my first dose as soon as I was able to. I took my mum and DH who got their boosters as well to keep me company (holding my hand).

I have a couple of family members who are teachers and one tested positive for the 3rd time before getting the chance to get a booster and still felt rough although not as bad as her first time when she wasn't jabbed at the start of the pandemic.

Since having covid, honestly I wouldn't wish it on anyone. I still haven't got my taste and smell back and I feel extremely lucky that it's only that I'm missing out on instead of shortness of breath and feeling fatigue where some people are left with that unfortunately. Other than that, I am young, fit and healthy and still did knock me out for a few days. I had loads of near misses where I was very close contact with people and didn't get it and suddenly out of nowhere last month, I got it as I had mild headache.

No, dreading my family or me getting it, but understand what you mean. If it mutâtes into a definitely mild for everyone virus then I might feel the same.

I've had it. I'll probably get it again through my school age kids.
There is no over and done with. That's a naieve stance. Covid is the virus that keeps on giving.

No. No one in my family had it yet, including those extended families on both my side and dh's side. I'd love to keep it that way.
Same. I’ve no desire to get it especially as you can get it multiple times.
