Flying tomorrow. Is this a positive LFT???

I know it’s very very very faint and I’m not even sure it’s there. Photo taken 18 minutes after a 15 minutes test. What do you think??

I can see a line, and I never see a line on anything. Really hope I am wrong though. Good luck.

Iv had a couple of tests come out like that and all follow up pcr have been negative so hopefully its the same for you

Very sorry to keep you all waiting but the PCR is negative!!!! Very relieved. Will do another LFT in the morning just in case…..

Is there any colour in the line? Because mine was like that but no colour - like an evap line. Google suggested that this is common and it’s negative, so that’s what I went with. Hopefully the PCR is negative! Good luck!

Wow, I remember the days mn was about “line eyes” for pregnancy tests and live birth threads..kind of merged the two, covid-19.

So happy for you. I really don’t think you need to do another LFT tomo, I think you’ve done all that could be expected of you (and then some). Have a great trip.

I recently had a positive flowflex lft. PCR wa negative. My line was darker than yours.

I had 2 positive LFT tests a few weeks ago …very faint line but darker than your test and PCR was negative…so hopefully you will be ok.

To the person who asked, the line was completely colourless, just a shadow really! It was on a flowflex test so I’m guessing it’s just one of those things. Thanks for everyone’s support and good wishes!

The flowflex nasal only tests seem to be getting a lot of false positives. There's been a thread on MN this morning about it.

I get a faint colourless line every time I do one of these and have done for weeks/months. I've had various PCRs along the way, all negative and the other type of LFT also comes up completely negative.

I'm wondering whether it's that you can see where 2 different litmus papers cross or whether some people's saliva just always gives a shadow where the test line is.

Glad you had a negative PCR. I had something very similar... an extremely faint line on LFT that was only discernable in good light... then a negative PCR, which I followed up with a negative LFT the following day (though if I were you I wouldn't do this - just go on holiday!)

Ps mine was one of the new nasal only tests too.
