Why would different governments all around the world collude with "Big Pharma" to come up with the presumably fake disease, with all the huge economic impacts and lockdowns and everything, things like Boris Johnson and Trump catching it and almost dying in the process, so Big Pharma could then force everyone to take this dodgy drug that will kill people/make them dependent on more drugs?
Look at the sources of the information you are consuming and think critically. Who are these people saying these things? Do they have motivations to come out with this sort of nonsense? Who is corroborating the information? Does it seem at all logical?
Then look at some other 'fact-checked', independent sources of information.

Surely the European Medicines Authority aren't all in league with them as well. Here is a breakdown of vaccine development, testing and approval.
Do you know how all your childhood vaccines were developed and how they work? Do you even know what all the jabs you had as a baby were? What about if you plan to travel overseas to a country where you need a yellow fever vaccine first. What does that do to you? Have you had a flu jab, know someone who has? Why only get fixated on this particular set of vaccinations and not the impacts of your childhood BCG, or even what MRI scanners do to someone, or mammograms. Or smear tests! "They" could be putting microchips up your cervix for nefarious purposes. Does that sound ridiculous? If so, re-evaluate the conspiracy nonsense about vaccines that have been given to billions of people around the world by health authorities that couldn't possibly be part of a coordinated scheme to do anything except try to control a global pandemic.
