Looks like Wales isn't on it, only England.

drumandthebass · 17/05/2021 16:03

I put in my NHS No. and I'm registered with my go for online prescription and I still needed to download my passport and scan my face. Having said that it was no hassle and just have to wait 7 days now. Just curious how it differs

Vargas · 17/05/2021 17:50

I only had to wait a couple of days for approval, but sadly no vaccine data as I'm on a trial....Hmm

Watapalava · 17/05/2021 17:55

I haven’t loaded my photo or ID and can’t see full medical record

Watapalava · 17/05/2021 17:55

I can see

SweetCaroline895 · 17/05/2021 18:19

I can only see my first vaccine on there. I've had both, last one beginning of april. Not sure who I should contact

Furball · 17/05/2021 19:19

@TheAlphaandtheOmega

I had to submit photo and video of me saying 4 numbers, glad I used my passport as that is recent and I look similar my driving licence has an old photo where they used a picture of a nearly expired passport. It will take up to 7 days. I did have my NHS number but haven't visited the GP for several years so that's probably why I had to do the photo and video.
@TheAlphaandtheOmega - I had to do this too, it didn't like my camera and wouldn't focus properly for the photo for some reason so gave me the video option instead.

I too had my NHS no, so I don't know why etc

sunshineandhappy · 17/05/2021 19:55

My COVID passport, and my husband's, both in the app, has an expiry date of 20/6/21 immediately above the qr code. Is that just my gp?

Watapalava · 18/05/2021 07:01

I did mine without a photo

DH needed a photo but hasn't been GP for years so perhaps thats why?

My vaccine from yesterday is already showing

DH came up with an error code saying 'cant connect to GP services' anyone get that?

Mine has the same
Carriemac · 18/05/2021 07:51

It's because of the June 21 st deadline

My identity approval took 2 days and I can see mine now. I don't think that I have complete faith in this app version of it though, what if O2 goes down, also things on apps can fail and we all know the NHS track record of IT. Stuff on phones isn't always that reliable, if I was going on a much looked forward to holiday (I'm not) I think I would order the paper version to keep with my passport, I can't imagine I will be the only one.

Carriemac · 18/05/2021 08:20

You can download a pdf version of the vaccination stays from the app with the QR code on it

OP posts:
TheAlphaandtheOmega · 18/05/2021 08:49

Thanks @Carriemac I will do that if I need a hard copy, I do always feel happier with a belts and braces approach especially with holidays and events where I guess this will be needed.

Carriemac · 18/05/2021 11:54

Yes I always print out my e tickets too as I've seen people with dead phones at the boarding gates in a state!

Thank you for all the helpful comments. Flowers
I managed to download it and gain access.

Sorry if this has been asked already - there seem to be 2 sections for the Covid vaccination.
In one it shows your vaccination(s) with dates and batch numbers.
The other seems to be an option for sharing the information. Can't we just show the information on the screen from the vaccine details section I just mentioned? And where does this information go and who sees it?

Solasta · 19/05/2021 11:33

Vaccine status is on the website for those in Scotland if you log in.

Solasta · 19/05/2021 11:37

Solasta · 19/05/2021 11:39

This is found within the vaccination status tab

The sharing section allows you to download / print a copy of your QR code and certificate, just in case you are somewhere with no signal / WiFi.

The Share section just brings up a QR code which you presumably show to whoever.
ListenToTheScienceSooner · 19/05/2021 14:12

OK thanks. I was all set to use that section, but first it came up with all these consent items about sharing the information - but did not seem to say who I was sharing it with!! I thought it might be getting added to a database of some type.

@Carriemac

It's because of the June 21 st deadline
Can you explain, please? My immunity isn’t suddenly going to disappear on 20th June because the country is (hopefully, maybe) opening up on 21st June. Plus the implications are that you need to show this for overseas travel, not for any other reason.
