Curious to know how many 50-60's have been vaccinated so far under the age category rather than vulnerable or health care?

Peakypolly · 03/03/2021 01:21

No - Cotswolds

TheCheeseAlarm · 03/03/2021 01:23

I have an appointment for Sunday. I'm in East London. 50

Ludoole · 03/03/2021 03:34

Dps 57 is a lorry driver who drives all over the country. We are in West Midlands and he hasn't had his yet.

DidgeDoolittle · 03/03/2021 03:43

Nope. 59, in East Midlands. I try the booking line every day but no joy yet.

picknmix1984 · 03/03/2021 03:47

Nope 54 West York's

onemorecupofcoffeefortheroad · 03/03/2021 05:18

My other half has had hers (60) she booked online on the government site which is saying if you're over 60 you can book. Had it done in Asda, Watford (we're in Herts although location was not a factor when booking). I'm 56 so couldn't book mine.

Furrybutts · 03/03/2021 05:32

Having it tomorrow.
I'm 52 and in Cheshire

Mindymomo · 03/03/2021 06:37

Not in Surrey, I am 59.

FoolsAssassin · 03/03/2021 07:01

Yes, friends of mine in Dorset have just started being invited.

pilates · 03/03/2021 07:25

No south east

exLtEveDallas · 03/03/2021 07:29

West Midlands
DH (55) had his last week
Me (48) having mine on Fri

No underlying health conditions (unless statin controlled high cholesterol counts)
Both of us received a text from the surgery inviting us, I certainly wasn’t expecting it.

DD is unwell at present and the surgery is aware, but we aren’t ‘carers’ as such.

SundayTeatime · 03/03/2021 07:35

No. 56. London.
Nor has DH. 58.London.

CrazyOldBagLady · 03/03/2021 07:40

Wilkolampshade · 03/03/2021 07:42

PaperMonster · 03/03/2021 07:50

Lancashire- my friend with no health conditions has, but I have a health condition and haven’t.

boymum9 · 03/03/2021 07:56

I might be a bit out of the ordinary but I'm in 30s and healthy and got a text to book, called surgery and they told me they couldn't see a mistake and to book, which I did. When I was there there was a surprising amount of people in the age range of 35ish-50 while we were waiting the 15 mins afterward and a lot of discussion about how they weren't expecting to get it so soon and the people working said that they have had a lot of younger people in and so assume they've been powering through the other categories (that or a big mistake somewhere!) I'm in the south west.

WorkingItOutAsIGo · 03/03/2021 08:01

Yes lots in west London done last week.

lorn195 · 03/03/2021 08:03

@VeryScary I'm in Cornwall too and haven't had the vaccination, yet my BIL (52) lives in Devon and he's had it.

Spillanelle · 03/03/2021 08:04

My 59 year old father had his this week at a mass centre in the north west. He has no underlying conditions and was able to book via the booking site (no GP letter). He’s 60 in a couple of weeks time so not sure if that made a difference.

salcombebabe · 03/03/2021 08:07

I had mine yesterday (62, no underlying health conditions) I’m in South East Staffs. Second appointment booked too. I booked on the NHS website. When I got home I’d also had a letter inviting me for the vaccine.

whenwillthemadnessend · 03/03/2021 08:11
