Still no email about the Christmas slots.

How many of us still haven't got the app back? (I haven't)

I haven't either. I curse them every time I log in and have go through several captcha screens.

One of the crates was really caked in mould although the driver told me it wasn’t mould.

I've had the app back for ages - certainly since July. I don't understand the mention of captcha screens, on the main website I just enter my password.

I'm off to watch the robot videos now...

I use my ipad Shelling. It reverts to the log in page and then verifies me using captcha which I'm useless at so it makes me have several goes.

GOD I have a weekly slot with them for 10 years plus have a smart pass this year they apparently offered me a Christmas slot mid October and I didn't take it and now I can't get a slot past my normal order on the 17th December I haven't even seen a change in service but now I'm really fucked off

In fairness I think that is standard. In Christmas week you can only get a delivery at the cost of £10 and it needs to be booked months in advance. Reserved never works that week and you just have to wait until after Christmas to get the next one.

I got the anniversary email today too - 18 years. Looking forward to spending my voucher.

@CoteFolie that's annoying, I hate captcha, I'm useless at it too.

I just tried to amend a Waitrose order and their site crashed and logged me out. I should have remembered the site always seems overloaded at weekends.

In what transpires was impeccable timing I had my Ocadoversary at the beginning of September, it came the week before restrictions were lifted enough to see DH and I, along with our adult kids and their partners, allowed to mix in a cottage in the lakes.
The weather was outstanding and the £10 worth of chocolate was wonderful (none of us really drink so that would have been wasted).

I’ve checked my emails. Usually get my anniversary email in June -14 years for me now but nothing this year!

I got my Ocadoversary email today! Some good news at last.

How do you know when your Ocadoversary is? I’ve been shopping with them for 6 years at least and never had one yet.

I wouldn't necessarily remember at the right time if they didn't remind me.

D'you have a SmartPass, Dobby? (Too lazy to scroll back to check.) If so, maybe your emails have been going to your Junk folder?

The Ocado'versary is very clearly linked to SmartPass subscription.

Thanks so much for the link to the farms database @PoulePouletteEternellement it's fantastic. We are lucky enough to get most of our veg and some fruit from a local farm (who aren't listed on that site so I will pass the link on to them) but would love to get more food this way.

Any recommendations of extra special Christmas stuff?
I’m holding a slot atm (with 3 giant bags of Fairy dishwasher tabs ) & they’ve just emailed to suggest I might want to edit it before everything disappears.
I know next month’s offers will land on Wednesday so I’ll look at those, but all suggestions welcome

If you can get it the M&S sticky toffee pudding trifle is amazing, but it’s constantly out of stock in my area.

Much amusement tonight, I was sent more Star Review coupons. Tried to add them to my trolley to be told they were not recognised.

Messaged Ocado via FB including a screen shot of said coupons, my email and postcode.
Back comes a reply of 'can you show us the codes?' I resend the screen shot. This is followed by 'Whats your email and postcode'....

Half an hour later I get a series of vouchers emailed to me for the cost of the review items I cant add, one of which is £14 worth of dog treats. I put everything I was supposed to review in my trolley, add the first £14 voucher. All good. Try and add the rest. 'Sorry, this voucher cant be used with another'.
At which point I gave up, removed everything but the £14 dog treats and kept that voucher.

I'll attempt it again in my next order, but as I cancelled the following week for Waitrose I imagine they will expire by then.
