Still no email about the Christmas slots.

I’ve just been offered the shortbread. I didn't my get any of the choc offers so I’m happy!

Only thing I added from the sale was a bottle of cava. It’s been one of those weeks so I need it! Reviews said ‘no hangover with this’ so obviously it’s magic

Same here with the shortbread. I assumed it would pop up at the end like the Tony chocolate.

Tried again on the website rather than the app and the free shortbread was there. Yay!

The shortbread isn't full of palm oil, though is it? So many of the M&S chocs and biscuits are, it's quite disappointing!

Free shortbread??? Only thing they gave me free is their Ocado magazine which I didn’t want.

My last order had a bottle of beer with an imperfectly secured top loose in a bag with a packet of sugar - that ended well. Also had to mop the floor.

There’s nothing quite as annoying as a perky little message saying “Do you need a refund? It’s much easier to claim it in the app! Click here!” when the app hasn’t worked for you for eight sodding months.

Can anybody reassure me how Flash Sales work these days (I seem to remember somebody was complaining about them a couple of weeks ago).

I have some Flash Sale cheese on my order, but it is showing on my order acknowledgement at regular price, not 1/3 off. It always USED to appear at the reduced price on the order acknowledgement.

I added it on the way through checkout when I tried (and failed) to get free shortbread.

I'm pretty sure the flash sale items usually show as the sale price. Try editing the order to check what's its showing in there

Well my free gifts dried up pdq. But I have a feeling it's coming up to my Ocado anniversary, so I shall be clearing a shelf for my free ...

If it's of any interest I've just been able to book a delivery for the 4th December - and the calendar had plenty of free slots on that and surrounding days. I don't know if this means they're getting on top of things ...

I love Ocado they’ve been good to me through lockdown but thought It had gone wrong today. Got call 10 mins before my delivery time saying van had broken down and they were waiting for replacement van

Fair play to them they were only 15 mins outside my delivery slot. Don’t know how they did it. They got new van to driver and transferred the load to new van in record time

I do wish though they would limit daily deliveries to priority customers like me to offer more deliveries to other people. Appreciate some of it might be regional with the daily slots but before lockdown I was fine with a weekly shop and a top up shop every other week. I don’t need the choice of daily deliveries during lockdown

If that is the one I think, did the reviews also say it was quite sweet? (which put me off)

Got 2 subs this morning
I do think they are not on with the way they apply the discount with the sub. I bought 3 ciders for £5.25
The cider they subbed is outside that offer but they are now charging me 5.51.
They are taking a 1/3 off .This time its 26p but before I had steaks subbed in the 3 for £10 and got charged £16 for steak alone.

Bruffin when I have had a sub in a multi-buy/special offer I am 90% certain they honoured the original price? It might be worth checking that it isn't an IT cock-up rather than a change of policy.

Slots aplenty where I live, but no shortbread (though I did have some chocolate). I am waiting to see how I get on with getting the flash sale discount on my "party cheese".

Its happened before, with the steak, their policy is to match discount , not match offer. With the steak it took 3 emails for some sort of refund and it was still not the whole amount of the difference. My shopping bill that week was £20 more and that was 5 subs and 2 missing items,
I now return any subs that are more expensive if I can do without
