Still no email about the Christmas slots.

I bought a gas lighter job from Poundland. I still like to have a box of matches knocking about though for reasons I don’t understand.

Oh we have matches all over the house (for lighting candles & fires & barbecues; also fumigating bathrooms sometimes...) but the clicky thing stays put beside the hob reliably

I like matches in case of zombie apocalypse or such like. You never know when it might happen.

Suddenly, Waitrose have no booking slots for the next fortnight. Aghhhhh, keep getting a pop up box saying please try later!

Did anyone else have their order cancelled yesterday ("we're unable to deliver your order due today")?

It was our weekly shop, due 6pm and got the cancellation text just before lunchtime. Apparently due to "operational issues" in their warehouse.

I now have weekly slots booked, a Christmas slot booked and they gave me a free bar of Tony's Chocathingymabob this week.

Got a big box of matches in the Co-op. We use them once or twice a year for lighting candles and as mentioned previously if we have a power cut and have to light the gas hob manually. Not really worth getting a clicky thing for that, as I can't remember the last time we had a power cut for any length of time. (Obviously we'll have one today now I've said that out loud.)

I had no substitutions and no stupid dates this week although admittedly my shop was about 50% smaller than it would usually be

I had my delivery yesterday including Percy Pig cakes with the use by date of 27/10. Also seven subs and missing strawberries. Got my free chocolate bar though.

I've booked for the 8th and can't go beyond that. I have an anytime smart pass and it's so frustrating that I can't plan ahead.

I can book up to the 24th of November.

During lockdown I was sending deliveries to my mum. Since then she she signed up but cannot book any deliveries. The silly thing is that when I look for her address there is a lot of available slots.

Why is everyone different, it's the same with the app. Fed up with it today.

Also I got an email yesterday saying that reserved is back up and running.

I checked today and it still said no new customers for reserve.

Ah. I have had reserve for years but it’s not been working. Perhaps it’s just for existing customers.

I've just got an email saying my reserved is now up and running again. I know some people have had it back for a while so must be area dependent

Sorry to jump in.... I have an Ocado slot booked for Christmas, but so much is showing OOS, especially items you may only really want at Christmas such as prepared sprouts etc. Is this because I have missed the boat to add them, or am I trying to add them too early? I have Christmas shopped with Ocado for years and years and don’t remember ever having this issue before. It seems odd they wouldn’t let you order what you want now so they can plan production?

I’ve emailed them twice and got wishy washy nonsense back both times.
