Still no email about the Christmas slots.

I’ve just looked and I can find it on both the app and the website when I log in. I suspect that your local store doesn’t stock it and so it’s available as a general item but when you log in they know that your local store can’t provide it.

Oh thank you, @StanfordPines That makes perfect sense. The store that delivers here isn’t very big. Frustrating though!

Drum roll.....

Today's Ocado order is coming without any subs and the shortest date is Sunday! That said the only M&S items in it are butter and a meal deal and I've had to go to Waitrose and Amazon to buy things that were either out of stock or no longer listed.

I really can't remember a time when so many branded items were out of stock. It also looks to me as if M&S are gradually replacing most of the old "Ocado badge" products with their own 'substitutes'.

I got that yesterday, I thought it was useful rather than weird. More in line with what you get with other deliveries eg dpd, Amazon etc.

Anyone else having problems with the app today? The search function isn’t working well. If I search for something that should be there like butter it says ‘no results found’. If I browse and go through all the subcategories then butter is there. It’s quite frustrating.

I got that last week. I got the ‘next stop’ one about and hour and a half before the delivery was due.

That’s rather shit. Basic full fat should be a standard. There is this one.

I was going to order some more Castello Pineapple, which MN alerted me to, but nothing came up in the search. It's really good. Why would they withdraw it?

Gaspode the search function just seems to be down today so it may still be there. Castello pineapple sounds truly horrible though

Oh yes, it's there now.

Yup, couldn’t search for tahini on the app but got the laptop out and added it on the website with no issues.

I have to buy a lot of free from stuff which Ocado are good for but since Asda have announced that they are reducing a lot of their free from price to fill in line with the regular versions, I’m going to try them for a delivery next week. Wish me luck!

The search function is complete rubbish!

Bacon flavour mayonnaise is very much a thing, and a vegetarian thing to boot!
But it seems to have vanished.

I have up on Ocado when I could not get a slot during April even though DH is immunosuppressed and asthmatic so vulnerable. Moved to Morrisons. I get a delivery slot every week without any problems. They have not released Xmas slots yet but last year it was first week in November.

I got large Toblerone at Asda for just £3.50 this week. Very pleased.

I've finally gotten on too

I can't get a delivery til Sunday which is very frustrating 😫

I've just had my back blitzed and I can hardly move otherwise I would go to Waitrose because I've got vouchers for £36 off when I spend £180 which is really good

You may recall me mentioning the amount of damage that was done to my garden before Christmas. The driver who did it was rude, surly and tried his best to hide what he'd done. He really couldn't have given a shit. As part of my complaint I told Ocado they were never to let this guy darkness's my doorstep again.

This mornings delivery is due. Guy has the same name. Now it's a reasonably common name (think Dave, Paul etc) but not one I've had since.

Could be interesting....
