Just in case we have more crimes, murders and general mischief to confess to.

Please leave your shoes at the door, have a Dettol wash and then stand awkwardly while not consuming any perishables.

Ironic smiles and head tilts are ALOUD but absolutely no laughter, fun or enjoying yourselves.

Disinfectant and disposable whips will be provided.

Sorry, I did say I was raging. Didn't mean to let loose on here.Blush

You hid your rage very well Princess Some of the loons on there would have thoroughly deserved it if you'd let yourself go. I'm tempted to let rip at the ones who are bleating that I should wear a mask to protect them - with what I've seen of them so far, why would I want to protect them?

Bananabixfloof · 18/04/2020 19:27

The wine is open, despite two loooong walks my dogs are harassing me to throw the bloody ball, I've eaten a lovely steak and some crappy movie is on TV. Alls good in the banana house.

PrincessConsueIaBananaHammock · 18/04/2020 19:28

Thank you for that, it made me genuinely laugh. You're my favourite subject at the moment.Grin

Bamboozled “ Why is my glass empty”

Because ALL our glasses are empty 😭

The mask thread has been removed.

Princess, I don’t know where your mum is but that is horrendous. And the covidsterics use it as ammunition - “you’re here, you can do x y z”.

I’m not thanking the government for letting me put the rubbish out. They’ll be tugging their forelocks next.

PinkSparklyPussyCat · 18/04/2020 19:34

You were more restrained than I would have been Princess. I'm sure the measures where your Mum is wouldn't be enough for some of the loons on here. I hope she's as OK as she can be.

If it becomes compulsory to wear a mask then obviously I will, but I'll be going out less than I do now and I certainly won't be making one!

PinkSparklyPussyCat · 18/04/2020 19:41

If you want cheering up there's always the 'how long can we go on like this thread'. I read it and really wish I hadn't, it's upset me a bit.

Compulsory to wear a mask? What did I miss? I was doing Tiktok videos with DD and eating biscuits. We have to wear masks compulsory like?? Or is that just the frothers trying to wind people up?

I haven't even opened the curtains today, or got dressed. These antibiotics are horrendous for side effects. Seriously considering putting up with my ear infection!

PinkSparklyPussyCat · 18/04/2020 19:56

Lilac, it upset me how little the elderly are valued. When my Mum died I had to make the decision whether she had more treatment or not. I said no as it would have only prolonged things but I still don't know to this day whether I did the right thing. Seeing posters saying the elderly are a drain etc really upset me.

PrincessConsueIaBananaHammock · 18/04/2020 20:04

Oh if you were interested in the hoodie,it seems to be cheaper on ebay. Coming from china,so expected delivery is June, but about half the price.

Oooh, I'm all of a doo-dah now!! Any chance of a Spanish Soldier being sent round to provide support?

Because ALL our glasses are empty

Which is good for our souls and our moral fibre and means we are Fine Upstanding Citizens Who Can Be Relied On In A National Crisis. 'Scuse me while I visit the fridge.

Spolisports Sad

I looked at the 'How long can we go thread' Hmm There's a very gobby poster on there that I've already had a run in with today and I'm not inclined to go in for round 2. That may change after a couple more drinks. She's the type I wouldn't bother protecting.

PrincessConsueIaBananaHammock · 18/04/2020 20:10

@BamboozledandBefuddled of course, I dug up the dusty ,STD riddled, returned one.

Will it do?

Ummm, no - I've done my noble and self-sacrificing bit for today Grin I'm pretty sure alcohol has an un-doo-dahing effect if you drink enough of it!

Shitsgettingcrazy · 18/04/2020 20:21

Before I got drunk last night, we had a bonfire. In all honesty, I saw the beighbour and let her know. She left some stuff wood out to get rid of.

Dp had great time burning shit. I came in when it got cold and started drinking.

Feel I might need a promotion!Grin

Maxandezra · 18/04/2020 21:25

well, I have just spent a fun hour reoganising and tidying all my running gear. reckon that probably means I dont actually need to run tomorrow now.....
I must admit I am mostly avoiding the other threads for my sanity.

Princess your Mums situation sounds awful. I hope she is coping OK

crow what antibiotics are you on?

right, think I've earned another beer....

CrowCat · 18/04/2020 21:31

@Princess for your mum, what ab awful situation

@Maxandezra clarythromycin and they're horrendous, migrainey, panicky, such bad stomach ache. I was functioning better with the ear infection!

Maxandezra · 18/04/2020 21:39

crow oh dear, that sounds bad. The side effects should reduce after a bit though. and if you want the really good news it is safe to drink alcohol on clarithromycin (although if you feel shit it may not be a good idea) Wink

PrincessConsueIaBananaHammock · 18/04/2020 21:52

OH and DD playing pranks on eachother. I need a pee goddamn it!!

crow can you swap them? Those side effects sound awful.

Thanks everyone for the well wishes and asking . She's ok,just really struggling with not being able to leave the flat and being all on her own. She normally goes to family and friends, she goes for walks, she's a natury /walking person and what not, so she finds it really hard. Doesn't help that dad's death anniversary was this month or that all the batshit religious customs that she should be doing for that/Easter aren't happening either.

Even the songs are wrong

🎤 what do you get
When you kiss a girl
Get enough germs
To catch the rona
After you do
She’ll never Zoom ya
I’ll
Never leave the flat again🎤

LilacTree1 · 18/04/2020 21:57

Max, clarythromycin is quite weird for me as well
Sorry but you might need to be careful with the booze.
