Just in case we have more crimes, murders and general mischief to confess to.

Please leave your shoes at the door, have a Dettol wash and then stand awkwardly while not consuming any perishables.

Ironic smiles and head tilts are ALOUD but absolutely no laughter, fun or enjoying yourselves.

Disinfectant and disposable whips will be provided.

Shitsgettingcrazy · 15/04/2020 21:12

I want to throw a bomb in it! 😂

Willow2017 · 15/04/2020 21:12

Lala
Push the kids through the door with him and shut it behind you and go for a walk. Sod that. He can play later when everything else is sorted.

PrincessConsueIaBananaHammock · 15/04/2020 21:12

Nevermind I found one about sterilising strawberries. That was enough, going back to supernatural.

@Shitsgettingcrazy it was his dream car and he decided to go for it last year. Can you believe he asked me if I minded?! As if - I encouraged him!

PinkSparklyPussyCat · 15/04/2020 21:15

Sterilising strawberries?! Please tell me this is a wind up...

I did see a picture somewhere of some chocolate mousses and bars of Dairy Milk in a bowl of warm soapy water.

PrincessConsueIaBananaHammock · 15/04/2020 21:17

@isabellerossignol tomorrow go for your supermarket and exercise time when he comes through the door. Let him deal with it for at least two hours. Or even better wait for the weekend and fuck off for half a day.

You need a break. This is not a holiday. He needs to parent. Fuck that shit.

PinkSparklyPussyCat everyone should do that once. I did it about 6 years ago. With a flat couple. No where bears as good as a mustang, but I had wanted one since they came out. It was really well maintained and entirely frivolous.

I used to work for an american company and when I went over for 6 months I rented a high end Escalade with all the top specs. Amazing!

But I loved the coupe. Needed something bigger though with the dogs 😔

PrincessConsueIaBananaHammock · 15/04/2020 21:19

Pink sadly not . Just when you think it can't get any more bonkers..

Grin Grin Grin

I remember years ago being sent an email about washing strawberries as they had microscopic beasties on them, washing and sterilising etc I thought it was batshit then and still do.

LilacTree1 · 15/04/2020 21:21

Okay, I might have to seek out the sterilising strawberries thread....

Lalala
Och just go outside, come back in and kiss him you will be riddled with disease and it will take seconds to kill him and you have an alibi as you were kissing him and he just keeled over Wink

PinkSparklyPussyCat · 15/04/2020 21:23

We had a Corvette Stingray on holiday in the US a few years ago Shits and ever since it’s been my dream car. Sadly I may have to lower my expectations though!

I don’t know what I’ll get next but I can’t wait to see the back of my Hyundai i20 - it’s a nice enough car with plenty of gadgets but there’s nothing fun about it.

I know, I know. There’s a pandemic and I shouldn’t be thinking of fun!

PinkSparklyPussyCat · 15/04/2020 21:25

Let me know if you find it @LilacTree1, I couldn’t.

I’m wondering how many people are going to poison themselves with bleach or by quarantining stuff that should be in the fridge!

PrincessConsueIaBananaHammock · 15/04/2020 21:25

@LalalalalaLlama
Sorry this was for you. I tagged isabelle for some reason. I'm such a doughnut sometimes.

@LilacTree1 well if it is what you're doing then..

I just organised an illicit meeting in town with my eldest DD on Monday to wander 2m apart into whatever shops are open. My 9yo DD is ecstatic. Good. She's having the ore-teen meltdowns lately and I'm in need of a little moral support!

My GS (is that the one for grandson?) just started crawling. Meh. I miss my DS and his little family. I'm dying for some cuddles

I may have a quiet sob into my gin.

Willow2017 · 15/04/2020 21:31

Did you seen the retail staff should have PPE thread?
Op started out with a quite normal suggestion then ended up SHOUTING that we need total lockdown now or never! That its the only wy we will survive this. That all shops should shut to stop people interacting with each other but the shops should do online deliveries for everyone in the country! I asked her how the staff were supposed to do all this without actually going into the shop and interacting with each other while picking all her groceries for her and who would drive the vans? Think the thread got deleted shortly after she maybe had another hissy fit Grin
I keep thinking I have seen it all then another loony tune pops up!

LilacTree1 · 15/04/2020 21:32

I can’t find it

CrowCat, virtual hug if you’d like one.

Willow2017 · 15/04/2020 21:34
