To ask why people are worried about 5G?

Some are even linking it to covid 19! So if you are worried about 5G is it due to radiation? Do you think it will cause cancer?can you point me to research?

Lots of videos shared on Facebook about 5G being linked to Corona and so many comments agreeing..it's funny

5G will cause an enormous amount of radiation which will lead to cancer and depression etc. No wonder peoplw are trying to burn some of 5G towers now. We will be living in a "microwave". Its also being rolled out NOW - midst lockdown. So people couldnt protest against it. Its a reality now.

People are worried because some knobheads are spouting conspiracy theories on YouTube and Facebook and stupid people are believing them. Crisis means people are panicking and more easily led.

I don't think that so many governments would simultaneously and secretly conspire together. Even if they wanted to they wouldn't be able to. Its complete nonsense.

That is blatantly false, Corbyn's brother was pushing this last year along with a lot of David Ike types, there really is no political ties to this and I am not sure why you are trying to pretend there is.

I thought she was joking so replied something about that being hillaruous. Sadly she was taking it very seriously her getting angry just seemed to make it even more funny. I think I've been locked in for too long.

Anyone thinking the government is using covid 19 as any sort of experiment etc clearly has no knowledge of working in government - there's no way it's competent enough to carry this off! (Aside from the fact there's also no motive to tanking your own economy and that it's bananas)

I’ve seen people on Facebook saying the tower on the new £20 note is a 5g tower with radiation lines coming off it, a secret message sort of thing
Also people saying that the vaccine is really going to be a microchip put into us for the Government to control us all!

5g has been out in the UK since may 2019 🙄 people are just bored and looking for a good conspiracy theory.

@Justanotherlurker it's being quite well reported that this misinformation is coming most frequently from far-right social media groups. I'm not trying to tie it to politics, it's literally how it's getting to most of the population.
