It is so sickening that they continue to act with such impunity. The bombed the hospital killing four journalists and THEN struck a second time killing the rescue workers who were trying to retrieve the bodies of the dead and injured.

The genocide continues in plain sight.

An injured emergency worker is led away by two other emergency workers. There is rubble and wreckage behind them. He is badly hurt.

Four journalists among 15 killed in Israeli strike on hospital, Gaza officials say

The strikes on Nasser Hospital in Khan Younis are said to have killed journalists working for international media.

You're welcome. The attempts to justify the deaths of 20 innocent people by using the flimsy excuse of a "Hamas camera" is making me furious. It reminds me of when Hamza Al-Dahdouh (son of Wael Al-Dahdouh) was murdered and the IDF used the flimsy excuse of "a Hamas drone". Well, it wasn't a Hamas drone, it was the his camera drone that he used to film the destruction of Gaza.

Edited

20 innocent people! Including the Hamas militant who participated in the 7/10 massacre??

Gloriia · 27/08/2025 12:04

'The IDF say 18 people got killed, though maybe you prefer to accept Hamas numbers. Of those they say 10 were Hamas operatives and they have formally identified 6 including one active on 7/10. Does that justify the loss of innocent lives? I'm not sure'

10 were hamas operatives. Shocked. Not.

Where on earth is all the outrage why these terrorists hide among civilians?! That is why any alleged innocents get killed sadly.

No outrage about that just a load of denials and comments like What makes you think they had rifles🙄

Yet I'm the biased one apparently. Because we shouldn't criticise Hamas only Israel - even the one who participated in 7/10 described above as "innocent".

Oh wait its gone from 6 to 10 now.

Remember what I said earlier. The story will keep changing. It also went from 'tragic mishap' to we were targeting terrorists.

Lies, lies and more lies.

Maybe numbers are being counted using the hamas method of whatever goes?

The problem here that some of you are so intent to sweep under the carpet is why do they have their surveillance ops n a hospital? Oh hang on it's the only place in gaza with the internet according to some silly media. Yet we've seen so much footage of everywhere including tunnels so that doesn't wash.

Why do these murderous terrorists hang out in such places do ask yourselves that. It's almost as if they want civilian casualties. Surely not..

Oh yes she was terribly misunderstood. Only helped sew people into suicide vests and laughed at heads in bins, what's wrong with that! They should bring her back and have her as special correspondent with Jeremy Bowen. I bet she'd say they were just journos taking selfies too.

Health workers, journalists and relatives of patients then rushed up an external staircase to reach the site of the first blast. Photos taken from below showed at least 16 people gathered on the staircase, trying to help those hit. Among them were four men wearing the orange vests of emergency responders or health workers. No one on the staircase was seen holding weapons.

But you claim that 6 of them were obviously holding weapons then wonder why people think you are biased?

Who is actively supporting Russia?

You seem to be confused. Israel only looks after itself.
There is no longer a difference in the vile actions of Hamas or Israel, or I should say the Israeli government, as the majority of Israelis no longer approve of their actions.
As for Russia and Hamas?

I'm not talking about the health workers or journalists though am I? I'm talking about the 6 Hamas terrorists eliminated during the strike on Nasser hospital.

But the surveillance camera turned out to be Reuters.

Just to note that many people in Gaza have eSIMs. There has been a considered efforts by some NGOs to distribute them. The internet is lifesaving in Gaza - showing food aid, water access, keeping track of family and friends after bombings even getting evacuation notices.

Although it definitely isn’t the only place in all of Gaza with internet? Did you read in your “silly source” that it is the only place in Gaza city Perhaps.

I’m so confused about this argument. They cannot be seen on screen but the IDf are saying that these people were present and armed and that was their second target ?

They were the people who were killed. The people who rushed to help. The people you claim were carrying weapons.

From the same article:
Video footage taken by Al-Ghad TV shows the second strike hitting, causing a large boom and engulfing everyone on the staircase in smoke. Hospital officials say 18 people were killed in the second strike.

The military did not elaborate on why it struck a second time or how it would have identified militants among the crowd on the staircase.

We now have a He said/She said situation.

The IDF are claiming that the surveillance camera was being used by Hamas and they have intelligence to support that.

Reuters are claiming that the camera was just a general one that their journalist was using.

As things stand at the moment, we don't know which version of the truth is the correct one. Though as 6 Hamas members were killed in the blasts, that does suggest that it was at least a meeting point for Hamas.

Kakeandkake · 27/08/2025 13:11

Why wont the IDF show evidence of this 'Hamas camera'?

lets imagine that there were Hamas militants with rifles. Is it then ok to kill civilians including health workers and journalists? No
the argument about supposed militants only holds up anyway if you ignore the fact that Israel has repeatedly deliberately targeted health workers and journalists (and aid workers)

Thegreyhound · 27/08/2025 13:16

I’m old enough to remember a time when the Israeli government pretended they had bombed hospitals by accident

Kakeandkake · 27/08/2025 13:17

Italian prime minister condemned the strike at the hospital just a short while ago.

Western allies who once supported Israel are now thinking WTF.

What evidence would you exactly expect the IDF to provide beyond naming the Hamas militants and having photographs of them. It's not like Hamas wear uniforms is it so either you believe the IDF that they were known to them as Hamas members or you don't.

You seem to have no trouble believing other things we have no hard evidence for just what Hamas report.

It's not that much of a stretch to imagine that they were Hamas militants with rifles, especially the one who participated in 7/10.

Is it then ok to kill civilians alongside Hamas members? No it's not "ok" but how else are the IDF to kill Hamas seeing as they are always positioning themselves alongside civilians around hospital sites, schools, mosques etc?

I thought it was quite obvious I was talking about the 'Hamas camera' which the IDF have used to justify bombing the hospital initially which murdered the Reuters journalist. Yet no evidence provided for it.
