When you can rape a man on camera, shoot and kill a man on camera and have no repercussions you know that you are free to do anything you like.

I had never properly read Rachel Corrie’s correspondence to her family before today. Remembering her now as 23 years ago this March, when she was 23, she was killed with a bulldozer by the Israeli army. What a wonderful young woman. So aware of her privilege, very brave and true.

Reading her emails made me realise that they could have been written yesterday. Believe her parents have made these public in the knowledge that she would have wanted them shared, but unbearably sad that the 23 years later, this is still the reality.

These brutal actions are not rational, but via Netanyahu's actions the country has largely alienated itself from most ordinary people around the World.

I don’t believe the Israeli authorities will really act to get justice for these poor Palestinians herders attacked by the illegal Israeli settlers. They are more likely lying in their usual way. The lowest of the low are defining the character of Israel.

I saw some Israelis talking about their bombing of Lebanon(and the same talking point is made here regularly to justify attacks across multiple territories) 'No other people would be told to roll over and take terrorism'.

What are Palestinians supposed to do in the face of Israeli terrorism this is just never spoken about? They can't drop 2000lb bombs to kill Israeli terrorists. They can't even arrest Israeli terrorists. There appears to be no appetite within Israel to stop their terrorists, the opposite could be said to be true with the IDF defending their terrorists. There is no appetite among Western leaders to sanction Israel until they deal with their growing terrorist problem. Palestinians are literally expected to roll over and take Israeli terrorism whilst Israel are excused for bombing and killing 10s of 1000s of civillians on the grounds of terrorism. It makes no sense at all unless you don't see Israelis and their neighbours as equals. I cannot think of any other way someone could justify Israels actions but expect Palestinians to quietly take the daily Israeli terrorism.

The other argument used to defend Israeli murder, rape and theft is that Palestinians want to kill all Jews.

The Israeli terrorists and backers arguing this as an excuse seem to have huge motes in their eyes.

Has anyone seen the footage from Lebanon of the British Journalist Steve Sweeney being almost hit by an Israeli bomb? He was injured in the incident and lucky to be alive. He is adamant it was a targeted strike on journalists. He was in the middle of a live report when struck and clearly wearing a press vest.
