The Israeli army are using aid centres as target practice.

The Israeli government is proposing building a 'refugee' centre in Rafah with an extra special feature - no one is allowed to leave.

Killing of young siblings at Gaza water point shows seeking life’s essentials now a deadly peril

What can you say about people who do this? It’s unhuman:

Israeli soldiers shot a Palestinian boy and stood around as he bled to death, video shows

Israeli forces blocked Palestinian ambulances while a 14-year-old lay bleeding for at least 45 minutes.

The IDF has said that Jad threw a rock and was a "terrorist" who "attempted to attack the force".

IDF soldiers have among them many entitled, sick, murderous and raping liars.

The IDF has also accused Jad of throwing a rock, which, under their rules of engagement, can permit soldiers to use lethal force.
But the footage of the incident shows an IDF soldier dropping an object next to Jad after he was shot, then taking a photograph of it – an action Jad's family and a leading human rights group say appears to be an attempt to frame him.

This is insane. Why are they bothering to bring in the death penalty when they already have it? You are allowed to kill a kid if you say that they threw a rock.

Imagine just standing there watching a kid bleeding out, actively denying him life saving care. You can't say that you are doing that out of self defence. You don't need to defend yourself against a kid who is bleeding out. That is done out of hatred. Nothing more and nothing less.

marmaladeandpeanutbutter · 26/02/2026 15:47

Disgusting but unsurprising.

How many more lies will the IDF be caught out on before even the most ardent supporters will accept that they engage in propaganda and disinformation.

And if they are planning on giving out the death penalty to terrorists and they lie and say a child like this is a ‘terrorist’ we can see how little justice will be involved. Let alone justice for Palestinians at the hands of the very real Israeli robbers and murderers-who-are-not-called- terrorists.

US and Israeli attack on Iran: At least 51 girls reported killed in strike on school

www.middleeasteye.net/news/least-24-girls-killed-us-strike-elementary-school-southern-iran

US President Donald Trump said the joint attacks were aimed at "eliminating imminent threats from the Iranian regime"

Then how was this attack proportionate to, or even related to, that aim?

Don’t the US and Israel have precise enough weapons and target information/coordinates to avoid this killing of innocent children? Which one of them actually dropped this bomb, I wonder?

Will the claim be that Iran had atomic bombs or long range missiles hidden in the girls’ school?

That doesn't surprise me. They always excuse or deny Israel bombing schools, even when it is caught on camera.

ScrollingLeaves · 02/03/2026 14:18

BBC news was just talking about this. Apparently it is horrific with school bags and body parts. But Israel has said they are not responsible and the US has said nothing. The school was near, but not on top of, something military. The USA shoukd not have used a non precise bomb.

Pete Hesketh was saying something like ‘If anyone so much as threatens an American citizen, we will hunt them down, wherever they are in the world, and we will kill them”

It seems a little lacking in self-awareness.

ScrollingLeaves · 02/03/2026 21:17

Now someone speaking on the BBC said the Pentagon does not know anything about the strike on the school and does not think it was American, but they are looking into it.

I haven't been following these threads for some time, as was so horrified by all the mothers on here justifying the mass killings in Gaza, it was just so impossible to comprehend. But have people seen today's post by MNHQ? It's describing the heartbreaking situation facing mothers in Gaza, with babies dying at an alarming rate even months after the supposed ceasefire. And now Israel is banning the most important aid organisations in the world which will destroy the health system. I don't understand how they can get away with it?

JaneJeffer · 02/03/2026 23:14

I can’t cope with the people justifying this on here either. I don’t understand those people. The situation is heartbreaking.

Decisiontimenow · 02/03/2026 23:22

Totally agree :( The post is asking for people to share their views on Mumsnet lobbying the govt to take action, specifically for all the women giving birth and their babies. It's a really good opportunity for those of us who've been trying to have conversations on here (and constantly had them derailed) to lend support.

Thank you for sharing, I would have not have known about this otherwise. Let's hope it remains a respectful space to lend support

168 innocent people dead many of them children but people were 'dancing on the streets celebrating' the bombings of Israel and the US. The world makes me feel sicker every day. May those poor girls rest in peace, they just went to school like most of our kids have today.

Rest in peace little angels 💔Flowers,

I still hear the screams of the Mothers as they got to the scene.

Thank you. It is good they have done some important fact checking and debunked certain false assertions.

It seems Israel and the USA are so far evading responsibility.

I’m so angry at MN for the way they have dealt with this that I wouldn’t know what to say on that thread

Thank you posting the link. I’ve been wondering if there would be a response from MNHQ on the letter. So many posters were furious that they were even sent the letter that I feel it’s a shame it isn’t more visible on this forum. I would have missed it.

Completely agree, just reading a thread in AIBU where once again people are justifying the slaughter of children. This guest post is beginning to feel like nothing more than a tokenistic gesture, hidden in a part of the site no one looks at while MN continue to facilitate derogatory comments about women and children caught up in this mess through their platform. It is usually the same posters so I am hopeful they are a few in number but they are vocal and very persistent
