To wish those in Israel safety in these coming times

Israel is a country at war and I know many will have links or family in that country so I think it appropriate to wish them safety in the coming days.

Chances are that there is a military presence under the hospital. The IDF have large, sprawling underground bunker called the Fortress of Zion under Tel Aviv.

So, not only is there are strong possibility of a military presence under the hospital (the Fortress of Zion), there's a definite military presence right next to the hospital.

Why on earth are you mentioning the Fortress of Zion (located underground beneath the IDF headquarters in central Tel Aviv) in connection with the bombing of a hospital in a city over 100 km away?

No I don't think Israel would bomb one of their own hospitals (even in the strange situation where Hamas were hiding underneath) because they are not at war with themselves.

No I don't have evidence of Hamas command centres underneath every single hospital Israel has bombed over the last 2 years, but I tend to believe them when they say that they had the suspicion of Hamas militants or tunnels in the hospital grounds.

Where they were mistaken, this should be investigated to see if they had enough reasonable grounds to bomb or not. It may be the case that certain individuals who are investigated after the war are found guilty of war crimes as they lacked sufficient evidence but bombed the hospital anyway. In this situation, I would agree that the individuals have committed war crimes and should be punished.

Oh look, OP gets upset that the Isreali hospital gets hit when civillians are inside - question - were you as upset when isreal were bombing the palastinian hospitals in gaza? killing hundreds if not thousands of civillians, women and children in the process? no? then why the hell not?

It's not news for Israel either. They knew exactly how Iran would respond with the airstrikes. They want to bring the US into the war.
