this is a video of a Palestinian hostage released in the last few days, compared to an Israeli hostage released in the last few months.

The Palestinian hostage has clearly been extensively tortured.

It's funny that those who oppose the release of "prisoners" held by Israel on the basis that they will attack Israel ignore the fact that they have been brutally beaten, tortured, and mentally broken down; they would not be able to do so even if they wanted to.

This is just beyond cruel.

I find it so irritating here when people criticise Israel and the response is "OMG you don't want Israel to exist!!" and clearly, no it's not that. It's just wanting them to behave in a way that isn't cruel and barbaric. Doing this to people's homes and land is just beyond belief. Even without the horrors of Gaza.
