@anotherfatyorkie don’t speak to me. You are supportive of a genocide where children are literally being blown apart. You disgust me and I have no interest in anything you say. Don’t reply, I don’t want to hear it.

If you are bored go on twitter and watch all the videos of children being massacred. Then give yourself and all your little friends a pat on the back.

Yes there are words;- Hamas, Hamas and Hamas.

Stating Hamas, Hamas, Hamas is naive.
What Hamas did was deplorable, disgusting, 100% wrong.
What the Israeli government is doing is also deplorable, disgusting and 100% wrong.
You have members of the government and right wing organisations within Israeli stating they want Gaza completely destroyed and with no Palestinians. There are some who are planing settlements in the north as soon as it’s feasible.
Israel ha broken many international laws and if you have any care for those hostages and any care for a peaceful resolution you would be thinking about both sides of the conflict, Israel is not innocent. There are many academics, civilians on the ground in and outside of Israel calling for a ceasefire and speaking honestly about the mistakes that Israel has made.

There needs to be a ceasefire.
Too many lives have been lost.

It seems somebody finally has the guts to publicly call out Biden that it's time to act on his words of what he called 'over the top' response in Gaza
From the EU foreign policy chief:

"Well, if you believe that too many people are being killed, maybe you should provide less arms in order to prevent so many people being killed," Mr Borrell told reporters.
"If the international community believes that this is a slaughter, that too many people are being killed, maybe we have to think about the provision of arms," he added.

12300 "minors", otherwise known as children, have been killed by Israel. This is 43% of the total death toll.

It's absolutely barbaric.

Borrell was at the beginning critised for not being critical with Israel but lately has been more and more clear about what Israel is doing
He’s also announced that they’re going to continue supporting urnwa, I believe the press release was with urnwa ceo

@EasterIssland yes I have seen as the war has progressed he has become more and more openly critical
Can't say I disagree with what he's telling Biden.

No they shouldn't. You need a hearing before a ruling

The ruling of the court is retrospective -the mill of justice grinds slowly. I mean the Eu and UK should put economic sanctions in place against Israel on the basis that they are carrying out crimes against humanity and war crimes, completely separately to the ICJ.
Israel has operated and intends to operate in contravention to many articles of the Rome statute
For example

  • murder and wilful killing on a massive scale
-destruction of property that was not militarily necessary, -excessive incidental death injury or damage, -attacking personnel or objects involved in a humanitarian mission, -killing or wounding a person hors de combat, -attacking protected objects, -forced transfer,
  • treacherously killing or wounding by telling people a place is safe and then attacking which is considered a separate war crime to just killing
  • starvation
The world should not just look on. Stop buying their stuff! Its morally wrong to let Israel get away with this!

Rafah operation 'violates humanitarian law' - Martin

Tánaiste and Minister for Foreign Affairs Micheál Martin has said he is in no doubt that "the continued bombardment on Rafah will constitute a war crime" and "gravely violates international humanitarian law".

Absolutely, but to be fair Iran are not at the same time calling for an end to the violence, I think the poster was highlighting Biden's hypocrisy

Really good report from BBC about how Gaza has changed

The image of the map and where it’s been targeted is really heartbreaking for me thinking how many lives have been left behind and buildings destroyed

Statement from leading bishops of the Church of England

The strongly worded statement from the House of Bishops warns the war cannot end up with "a system of occupation that has for too long denied Palestinians their rights and freedoms".
In the statement, Archbishop of Canterbury Justin Welby said: "The relentless bombardment of Gaza and its huge cost in civilian lives and civilian infrastructure must stop. The manner in which this war is being prosecuted cannot be morally justified"

Sent a hostage in to tell them to evacuate the hospital so that they could bomb it. Shoot people who evacuate, and shoot the hostage. What a fucking army.
