Hamas planned attacks on Jewish people in Europe

Have seen in the news - I suspect it’s the tip of the iceberg and absolutely terrifying for Jewish people everywhere. Hamas need to be stopped, hopefully this helps to reinforce that they are a terrorist group and not some romantic notion about being ‘freedom fighters’

I don't have enough information on the alleged plot or those arrested. More information as the case develops will shape my opinion. Hamas define themselves - per their own charter - as nationalists whose fight is with Israel. What I believe is that the threat posed specifically by Hamas outside of Israel is being significantly inflated to fit the false narrative Israel is pushing that their actions in Gaza are also to defend the West, rather than land grab and ethnically cleanse.

Danish Prime Minister Mette Frederiksen said the threat was "as serious as it gets".

Danish Justice Minister Peter Hummelgaard said the alleged plot "tragically confirms that Danish Jews are under threat".

Yes, their actions pre October 7th and their actions post October 7th which have resulted in the deaths of 20,000 Palestinian civilians from bombing alone and likely many many more from starvation and disease.

I of course realise you'll ignore this post as you've ignored my other ones, so I'm posting this for the benefit of others.

I hope you realise what you believe is not based even remotely in fact and is purely based in how much you hate Israel. You hate Israel so much you'd rather put your faith in bonafide terrorists, and you seem ok with that. You trust Hamas more than your trust Germany. Again, you seem ok with that. How many murdered Jews will it take for you to accept that Hamas aren't to be trusted and that they're terrorists who will kill anyone, anywhere who doesn't agree with them or who is Jewish.

Luckily, your extreme views are in the minority in the world. So let's just be grateful for that.
