It’s just heartbreaking. I’ve seen videos on twitter that are beyond anything I can even begin to describe. Palestinians are being murdered in their thousands and the western media is largely pretending it’s not happening.

The average age of the people who have been killed in Gaza is FIVE years old.

The UK media are not showing how the Israeli government is openly talking about, and cheerleading genocide now. Israeli government speaks about Palestinians as if they are not humans. They are saying women are targets as they can have babies. I’ve just read how, since October 7th they have taken over 5,000 Palestinians from the West Bank and tortured them. They were already routinely arresting Palestinians and taking them away from their family with no reason and no but this is not being adequately reported.

Please, please visit sites such as 972 magazine and declassified uk. The BBC, etc, unfortunately aren’t reporting the extent to what is going on.

No. They taught me that there is two sides to a story and that normally the bad ones aren’t as bad as we believe they are and the good ones aren’t as we believe they’re. There is too much hate between the two countries and it is not only the Palestinians kids who are being taught about hate

It could be generalisation but it’s not the first time we see under age people in Israel shouting hate about Palestinians. It’d be nice if this hate between both countries would stop for younger generations… maybe that way there would be some peace in the area. Wishful thinking I guess.

Most of the hatred does seem to be from Israel tbh and always has for as long as I can remember. Any Palestinian protests were about West Bank violence by settlers.

It seems one side has terrorists and then civilians and the other is a government supported by many civilians to go way beyond international law.

I don't think it's right to bring up the Holocaust in this context. Besides the genocide perpetrated here in my opinion was Hamas upon Israeli soil.

This is just one of many disgusting videos I’ve seen. In fact many are more disgusting than this. But this sums up the ‘moral authority’ under which these bombs are being dropped.

I wonder how many secondary deaths there are and will continue to be due to malnutrition, disease, and lack of access to housing and health care 😞

And actually I’m going to add poor mental health to that list, because mental health impacts physical health. I’m sure there are many other factors.

@EasterIssland i just watched the video you shared. It’s shocking, isn’t it? That the teacher is vilified for showing compassion to Palestinians. Also that the students are so emboldened to act like that.

I found that video to be extremely upsetting and I struggle to understand why they would video themselves doing such things knowing what the reaction will be?

@Parkingt111 yes, there’s something so disturbing about it. I’ve seen several videos of Israeli children signing bombs, drawing pictures on them, etc, I’m sure you have too. Terrible that they would be manipulated into doing that. This video seems to be the next logical step of the dystopian war nightmare, where they get figures you would expect on children’s tv shows to take part in the killing of other children. As if it’s all some kind of fun game.
