We must be reading different sources, in bbc I can only see news about Israeli rockets into Gaza.

Exactly this anyone speaking for civilians in Gaza get cancelled e.g. job losses, suspension etc.. But if you speak in favour of the Israeli government the same outcome is not given I wonder why? Just ask Bella Hadid just because she speaks for Palestinians she has lost many friends and jobs. I have actually seen people in the past get suspended or lost their jobs in the past because they spoke against the Israeli government. It is a joke how we can talk about freedom of speech but censor some legitimate views.

Who are you for me to enlighten you? Would you help them? Pray for them? Be more sympathetic? If I convinced you that thousands of civilians were murdered? How would you have felt if I came here and brazenly questioned the number of Israeli casualties of October 7th? I would have been absolutely hounded. I would never have the inhumanity of questioning the number of Israeli deaths even though I do NOT believe a word Israel says about anything else.

Why do you need confirmation of number of deaths? Would only a certain number be "too much"?

As I said before I do have empathetic to any human being dying. Even if only one gazan would die is too much.

But what I see in this thread is totally trust in a terrorist group. We should not forget hamas kidnapped 200 people (most of them children) they killed and they raped. Why we should belive anything they say?

Agreed. Hamas is a terrorist group and I don't trust them either. But why then does Israel not allow independent journalists into Gaza to verify the situation? Why has it imposed a communications blackout? In the absence of any other source of information we have no choice but to go with Hamas.

We know that thousands have died in Gaza. We don't need to know more detail to abhor what is happening there.

I’ve raised this concern about users to mnhq on several occasions. There were a couple
of users who were posting 24/7. I’ve not seen them back now. So hopefully mnhq investigated and were concerned too. A lot are trolls.@EasterIssland

yes, I'm reading the bbc too. You can see there how they inform about the rockets thrown by IDF into gaza but they never or almost never talk about rockets send by hamas or the other group muslims jihad I think it's called into israel.

Of Israeli population only 30% could be described as european, the rest come from places like iraq, yemen, iran, turkey, ethiopia or are arab/palestinian. Israel is way more brown than it is white.

They are also busy lying in interviews, I saw one with sky news “we weren’t targeting civilians” why were over 200 ravers murdered then? “Well its a wide area mumble mumble mumble” They are on tv lying through their teeth. They are quite obviously and explicitly lying, taking a page out of Russias playbook there.

But the devastation to Gaza is quite clear to see from the images coming out. It’s tragic.

I’m not sure what the answer is, leave the tunnels (which is what Israel is targeting) and possibly have your own civilians attacked at some time in the future, maybe something even worse than what you have just experienced or continue but cause immense harm to Gazans.

Ultimately Israel will say it’s first responsibility is to it’s own people and Gazans should be looking to Hamas. They will keep going until all the tunnels are gone. I don’t think they are deliberately targeting civilians, they wouldn’t bother with evacuation notices if they were (also obviously spaces cleared if civilians are easier to operate in). But I don’t think they are going to prioritise them either.
