I drank too much last night. Ow. Now I have to go and have lunch with the pregnant sisters-in-law. Gah. The combination of the two probably not a good idea.

MrM and I did have fun conversations last night about how this might be the last very drunken birthday he gets. Next year it might be an M&S ready meal eaten while the baby sleeps. Which was a very lovely thought, although he looked a bit terrified by the prospect.

Just to let you know that I will be lurking for a while but might not be posting, unless all of a sudden, I find the ability to talk about IF without turning into a fuming purple ball of rage!

I am going to start cycling to work tomoz, and try to shed a few pounds...also might just go ahead and book a week's holiday in June to have something nice to distract myself with...hooray!

Looks like droid has arrived again, so that's my first proper cycle since the rubbishness. Nice and timely as well, I wasn't feeling very symptomy so was starting to worry my body might be a bit screwed up. After this cycle the SWI can recommence.

Oh Scorpy come here and nestle against my increasing bosom. Glad you got date for the lap. I'm trying to find the silver lining for you my little strumpet and I reckon a month or two of really intense needling could make all the difference for you. You have said before that in all likelihood fertility is good, but its the other healf ishooes that really screw you over. Plus of course, it can take up to 3 months for the needles to take full effect, so by June you will be raring to go along with other June Duffers.

poo no its not time from me to POAS yet. I'm on day 28 of a roughly 31 day cycle. Symptoms - I am spotty, bloated, nauseous & grumpy. ie full on pre-droid mode. Of course I've convinced myself that they're also bona fide diff symptoms. I'll test on Sat if nothing before then, OK?

Poo, lunch was fine. Diffed SILs were nice and I managed not to have a breakdown at any point. Though I was a mardy cow before arriving. I was outclassed by our waitress though, who had the definite air of a disgruntled graduate and was the epitomy of mardy cowness.

My droid alert seems to be slightly premature. I wanted it to arrive in the hope it would bugger off before Friday and our weekend of romanticness.

Have been having a period of having to do actual work to pay the rent quiet peaceful contemplation. My stupid fanjo has been cocking me about so much (SOMETHING has been coming outta that thing for more than half the days in my cycle) I thought I'd stop thinking about it for a while and maybe it would go away. Not the actual fanjo: no-one wants Barbie genitalia!

Had my day 2 bloods done by a chatty Vietnamese lady - just waiting for appointment for dildocam. Of course I am convinced that the very act of awaiting an appointment will ensure le diffulage.

So yes. I rather enjoy this bit of my cycle, prior to ovulatory shenanigans, 'cos there's not a lot to think about so I sort of forget what I'm supposed to be doing, and drink and smoke and talk to boys. When we have to have sex again God damn it all to hell we will actually be staying by the sea, and I am hoping that merriment and fun and fresh air will be beneficial...I'm going to eat OYSTERS! YESSIR I AM!

Bit of good non-baybee news - my brother has a job!!! I realise this means nowt to anyone here, but I'm soooooo pleased for him. Industrial plumber who was laid off last Aug. Has been getting increasingly fed up etc etc, causing faaaamlee to worry. Well, he had interview yesterday & starts tomorrow. HUZZAH!!!

Also I managed my yoga class last night without coming home to welcome the droid (as was last month's shenanigans).
