ginhag went in last week Monday and level was 137. Last week Wednesday it was 257. Yesterday it was 1300. So it's not doubling every 2 days.

I just want to know what is happening and have this be over with. Until then, I shall cuddle my cyst babies.

Am just trying to compare it to mine. Which is actually stupid as I'm sure these things vary lots.

They never saw the actual pg on my scan but by the second scan I was miscarrying...and they could see stuff on the scan that pointed to ectopic,as did all the other shit that was going on. So was ectopic mc,but I was only about 6 weeks.

I know you really need to know what's going on. Is so fucking hard is like madness. So I'm here trying to randomly work out shit with my absolutely crap medical knowledge. Which is not really very clever. I just wish,as I've said before,I could say or do something to help.

Muser, I have no idea what all these numbers mean but I do know that it is a horrendous mindfuck and I think you are v brave. A full-scale slide into insanity could be just the trick for getting through this nightmare. Pinky and Perky sound adorable. Thank god you've only got to wait until tomorrow to find out more (hopefully) - but waiting 5 mins is too long. I hope you enjoyed sitting there waiting in other-people's-babies hell. Scorps it's Sunday for more tests, so I get the whole weekend to wonder. But at least the clinic is open Sundays.

Muser I'm going to stick my neck out here and say that I'm a bit relieved that they didn't see anything yet... which means they've caught it way early and are monitoring you closely for ectopic. I was in the same spot when I had an ectopic - but I thought they were full of shiz to even consider it... (wrong!) good news was they were able to give me methotrexate instead of surgery to cut out the tube! It makes me more hopeful about your health, as for the future - here bite on this stick, it will help you redirect the pain. Not knowing can be tortureous! I used to soothe myself by saying - in a year, looking back we'll know exactly what happend and when... but right now I just have to take it day by day and be ZEN. (meltdowns expected) xx

Thanks. It is a good thing that they didn't see anything where it shouldn't be. My notes are hilarious though. There's question marks over everything. Hopefully time will bring answers.

It's really shit that so many people on here have had bad experiences with MCs, ectopics etc, but also positive, of sorts, that experiences can be shared. Obviously I wish none of us ever had to know of such things, never mind experience Google/mind fuck/ body fuck/ waiting/incompetence hell.

But we can share. Silver linings in even the crappiest of situations...

Go to the GP soonish, they wont do very much except refer you to the hospital where you want your antenatal care. Your first appointment with the midwife should be somewhere between 8-10 weeks pregnant so you need a referral before then! What was the reaction of your other half?
