I've just been for my midwife booking in appointment. She couldn't get blood again like last time so I have a little family of cotton wool balls on both my arms. It seems I won't get the GP 9 week scan as its not policy round here to give reassurance scans to ladies who have had miscarriages. oh well, I'll have to try and stay sane until 12 weeks.

I've just had a text from Curly, she's had her scan and her little Bean has a heartbeat. She says she's unable to get to Mumsnet today so asked me to pass on her news.

I'm stuck not knowing whether to cry for MLS or smile for Curly. Both at the same time I think.

Hi. Couldn't get online earlier so I texted the news to those whose numbers I had (Sorry 4ever I don't have your number) I didn't want MLS to have the pain of having to post it on here. It's so awful.
