I'm on day 28 - feeling a little nervous now, I did a sneaky test 2 days ago and it was negative. My old cycle used to be 32 days so the one 2 days ago could still be too soon I guess. Tomorrow I'm going to a friends wedding (practice run for Kate's ) so I'll do a test in the morning (day 29) before I do any drinking at the wedding. I'm really not sure about symptom spotting, still IBS, dizzy and really tired despite spending 6 days doing bugger all!

Evening ladies, apologies for not being on last few days, but ive been busy with work etc, still feeling knackered and nauseous and worrying about scan i have tomorrow-eek!
My scan is at 10.30 and my SIL is coming with me as DH is at Twickenham watching Army V Navy Rugby, wghich had been arranged months ago.
I will be needing lots of virtual hand holding, i am just so scared, i really dont like scans. Please let them find a hearbeat.

Ive had pages and pages to catch up on and i,ll do a proper post tomorrow when i come back to let you know the outcome for me, good or bad.

I've had quite an evening, hence me not in bed yet!! My step sis had a little boy this evening, 4 weeks early, both are doing fine. He's in special care because my step sis is diabetic and the lo's blood sugar levels are low, but he will be ok, her other 2 were the same. He weighed in at 7lbs 2oz which isn't bad for 4 weeks early. After I found this out my tutor rang saying part of a question on my last assignment was missing so have spent the last 2 hours re-doing it and emailing that off, she did tell me that out of her 90 students I have the highest mark, so I am well pleased about that because I almost gave up after how hard that particular assignment was. I never normally do such long posts, sorry, I'm off to bed now, see yous all tomorrow

Morning lovely ladies. Well im getting ready to set off for scan appointment, i feel so sick!! I hardly slept a wink last night, kept tossing and turning.
Scan is at 10-30, but i wont be able to get back on here till teatime/early evening as taking DS out for the day afterwards.

hello girls, sorry for not posting so much, im really really tired
I have been feeling dizzy and slightly sick and so tired for the best part of the last week, been putting it down to having fun filled days with best mate, however we havent had any late nights, drinking has been kept to a minimum and we havent done much during the days....so either im in with a chance with a bfp or its something else.
I have got a lump in my throat which i have been ignoring for a few weeks, it feels like an adams apple on a man, thought it was normal until i felt my bf throat and realised its bigger and harder than it should be....totally shitting myself that something is wrong like throat cancer and thats why im feeling so tired, have booked to see the doc tomorrow

I have already spoke to mm so she knows how pleased i am for her

Well its hot here but a little windy, a friend of dh is in dubai for the weekend and wants us to go dimond shopping with him for an engagment ring for his gf as a surprise.....i get to try on all the lovely rings for him should take my mind of my throat for a while

Just tested - negative on day 29 so I guess no success for this month. No signs of AF yet (please can AF be between todays wedding and Kate's on friday as I have pale bits on my dress and I'll get nervous! )

So at least I'll be able to go round at Kate's wedding on friday nicking her DH's drinks so he's still able to perform when she ovulates!

x posted barbie - enjoy your shopping, lets hope your tiredness is a bean nicking all your energy. There's lots of reasons for a lump in your throat that are perfectly harmless so don't panic!

gg forgot you and kate work in a hospital, should of talked to you first before getting into a state....do you think ill be ok? [hopeful emotion] its just a hard lump in the middle of throat where the guys adams apple is, doesnt hurt but its hard if i press it.....oh god i might be a man!!!

Dont give up on a bfp, i would still test in a few days....

Hi barbie I had a lump years ago in my neck, turned out to be a cyst. The doctor drained it a couple of times but I ended up getting it removed. I remember at the time thinking because it was a lump it meant something sinister, try not too worry too much hun. You are doing the right thing getting it checked out.

vjay well done on your assignment, lovely news on your nephew hope he gets out of special care soon.

I think i have too much time on my hands and im starting to think about the strangest of things and get carried away with it all....if its not ttc its throat cancer...skin cancer from the sun...missing periods, you name it i think about it!
