In other news, graduation went well. Was very long and I was very nervouc but I'm glad it's over. Photos on FB if you haven't seen them already (and are interested). Went for a fab meal afterwards with DP, DD and my fab friend. Am exhausted today after a few late nights and we're off swimming. Catch you all later xxx

We've just had a woman come into the office whilst on anti-biotics for swine flu!!! silly cow said she wasn't allowed in her doctors but she's happy enough to come in here, honestly do people not have brains!!!!! We've had quite a few people in who aren't feeling well, and outbreaks at local schools etc. One man this afternoon coughed all over me, croaking he had a sore throat and temperature and might have swine flu. I turned round and told him I didn't want to see him and rebooked his appt. I have to say I'm getting quite concerned about it all now. I'm sat with my antibacterial gel at the ready

Must go - N is calling again! He's been a grizzler today and I'm getting weary of it. Also, just realised that picked up the wrong size t-shirt for my nieces b/day so trying to decide whether to battle the shops again today.

Hi ladies Logged on here last night but didn't get any further. Our lovely boy was born on Sat 11 July at 2.40pm after a 4hr labour I had 2 nights in hospital, could have had a third but decided to come home last night. Small tear but no stitches & managed with gas/air again, & my biggest achievement, didn't hardly swear (like I did with dd2 )

He hasn't fed well from birth (only had a decent feed 7hrs after delivery, & yest dr said he was looking jaundiced. Jaundice is making him tired so he would sleep thru feeds if allowed to, & when he is woken, he won't feed properly. So I'm currently expressing 10-15mls of colustrum each feed & cup feeding him & following up with formula. He's meant to have 50ml of formula each feed, he's managed that once, other times were 10-15mls. Had a home visit from mw today & hospital will ring me this evening after he has had 2 more feeds to see how he's going. dh home will continue later

Back again. ds just managed to have about 35ml at that feed, still not great. Mw from home visit just called, they want me to ring again to tell them how he goes with the next feed, so at least they are onto it and we're feeling looked after and not forgotten. Just going to pop out now to hire a breast pump, they want me to keep expressing, but to try for more than the 10ml I'm getting myself.
Anyway, he's so lovely, and this is a pain, but not too stressful, I'm glad it's happening with no.3 not no.1, or else it would be more hectic.
Sorry for the post all about me, will catch up with all your news soon, once this small boy starts eating properly

Just looking at the list. Little J has been the biggest baby so far. We've got two girls and four boys so far and with Georgie, Lola and Bella having girls and me having a boy we'll be at 5 all. Wonder how Piper's twins and Mollie's LO will tip the balance .

3.56kg is 7lb 13oz if anyone wasn't sure, I had to ask the mw, don't understand baby weight in metric
Milk is coming in now, so with the electric pump managed 30ml one side and 40ml the other. ds behaved himself at his last feed and had my 30ml and 30ml of formula so we haven't had to take him back to hospital, which was an option. His next feed is in hour and we need to ring the hospital after that to tell them what he's had, and go from there.
Did you get your sweep Georgie? Try to enjoy your last few days of being pregnant, I'm a bit sad that I won't ever be pregnant again, not said that I won't ever give birth again though, that's for sure
Sparkly, dd2 is struggling a little, she has never been the best at listening to instructions, and that certainly hasn't been prevalent in the last few days and we've had a few tanties, but we're trying to stay patient with her as it must be a big adjustment. She is fascinated with him though, so there's no jealousy so far directed at him, which is good. dd1 loves him to bits and can't do enough to help, but that is more her nature as well. And at 7 she is old enough to help with some things.
I'll go onto FB and track you down Bella and Teehee I've put some new photos on there today, have also added 3 onto my profile here as well.
Great news from the consultant Ei I had just about given up with the whole conception malarky and ds was conceived that month, I think it helps sometimes just to reach that point when you say enough, and then it happens.

Scully I've updated the list with lbs and oz. Are you any closer to a name? Boys names are so difficult. Great news about milk coming in and DS feeding. Fingers crossed that he continues like that. It's lovely that the girls are enjoying being big sisters. I don't know how to do friend requests but Bella's initials are KT and I think her picture is of her and her DP in their wedding day. HTH.
